Visited our SunMart Grocery store in Holdrege, NE this afternoon. We are fortunate to have such a nice store in a small community. The employees are all so very nice and helpful. I always come out smiling. Enjoy our weekly visits there. Love our store, love the employees, and love our community.

Won’t fill out the survey because I don’t want a bunch of junk on my computer.

I have tried this one more than once and can never get to the first question! I go elsewhere for our grocries and only use this store because it is so close to where I live, and for items I may have forgotten or run out of. The products are more expensive than I pay at our stores 20 miles from us. I wish we had a second store in our town and I would not go here. I do not feel in this store many workers are nice. A few are darn right rude. It’s a lovely store and the products are great but…..that’s where it ends.

This is a terrible survey! The link from the website does not direct you to the survey. I also tried to call the number to do the survey over the phone. Once the phone survey was completed it said my phone number was invalid and would not allow me to participate in the gift card drawing. Apparently SpartanNash doesnt really want our opinions.

Agreed. I tried several times to get in to the survey, but was unable to connect to same. Not a very good way to earn customer loyalty!

In the last 4 visits to VGs N.Leroy.,I have walked out in frustration of the rediculously high prices, poor selection of produce, and prices camouflaged by shelf accessories. I am happy to drive 15 minutes away to Kroger even though VG’S is right across the street.

This is bull crap…. The wedpage is never available anymore and you can’t e en start the survey… How the heck is that suppose to work when you only have a week to enter your survey number before it expires???? This is a scam…. I think people like me who have our recites and survey numbers deserve something for every one we have that cannot be entered because if your scam of a web page…. I only have 2 days left and this is my second attempt at this!!!! Something needs to be done, this is a joke…. Starting to get frustrated with family fare…. Use to be my favorite, every time now you can’t do the survey for a chance to win, every time I go there to grab formula for my newborn there is never enough cans out if any at all…. I get 10 at a time and I think the most there was…. Last week…. Was actually 5…..I had to wait over an hour for someone to bring out the rest I needed…..

Agree with Samantha! This store(Cheboygan) has gone down hill since the change to Spartan Nash. Hope it get fixed soon, you are losing stores and with bigger ones coming in, not looking good. And the price tags at our local store are either missing or not in the right place to line up with the product too often. The produce area is the worst, and yes, I’ve mentioned it many times!! Used to love this store, and some of the folks there are still so nice, and then you have some that just don’t seem to care. The manager at this time, we’ve never seen. The past managers were on the floor stocking, running the cash registers, etc. This one, not one time anywhere, what gives???

I recently visited the Family Fare (store 0122) in Holland Michigan 993 Butternut Drive @ 5:08 pm and got a prescription from the Pharmacy. I have to say the MALE probably the boss or the one in charge, he was really rude and unprofessional. One issue was I could and should have been able to pay for the prescription at the pharmacy window and he sent me to the grocery checkout lanes to pay for the prescription, I felt like he didn’t want to hassle with me. Even though my prescription was over the counter my Doctor did call it in to the Pharmacy i’m sure to keep record of what i’m taking the Pharmacies did not have a prescription label on it like my other regular prescription does and I know it suppose to have one on it because my wife got the same over the counter prescription called in from her Doctor and it had a prescription label on it, same pharmacy just a different Pharmacies. Not sure if i’m going to use this pharmacy anymore.

Lovely, it says this offer no longer available for the survey. Fraudulent advertising? Wonder what the BBB would have to say about it. I only shop at the Howell location out of convenience when I don’t have time to go to Kroger or other places, although I do love the pharmacy. Since taking over the VG’S chain, I have pretty much been priced out of shopping there. Frankly, I don’t understand how you’re even surviving, as Kroger is ALWAYS busy at any given time throughout the day/night.

Where did the survey go? But I did want you to know about a cashier named Chelsey at Family Fare in Grayling, MI. Very good customer inter actions and she even helped a older woman take her cart to her car and put her bags in her car with no coat on and it was snowing like crazy….Great young lady….

The link will not work. It said the offer was no longer available. What else could I expect when you had signs up for two months after the 5% rebate saying it was good for every visit , when you had already changed it to once a month. The cash register receipt was just changed last week. Of course you told us we had used it too much after we waited a month. I don’t know why I bothered to try and fill this out.

Nice store about a block a half from my home. So much more expensive and the people are somewhat snooty. Cashiers I’am speaking about. We are getting another store here soon and I am so glad. Maybe it will help! I know the prices are cheaper and food quality a hair different but there are 2 other stores I can drive to 20 miles away, then just get what incidentals here. Works either way I guess. I just like to keep my business close to home………

My cashier, Jan at the New Richmond location was very helpful and went out of her way to inform me of some great savings. Great job.

You offered a nice little 5% feedback. I took advantage of it, applying each time I shopped at my fav grocery store – Which is an AWESOME store by the way. But now I see I am LIMITED to one 5% coupon per month – WHAT!! I could cut coupons and do better than that! But I don’t cut coupons. I pay full price. The statement is assuming that by my applying more than once a month for a 5% coupon I am depriving others of giving their feedback on this survey! Small town – I’ve asked – 90% of the people I chat with in the store don’t know about the feed back coupon for our grocery store. How much mula are you losing with this offer? Either offer the unlimited 5% coupon or withdraw it all together. It’s insulting to think I am bleeding you dry and depriving others of getting the offer. Sad. 🙁 PS: ask for email – not website below

The people that work for you are Ausome. Being friendly to a person means everything.
Cutting hours for your own gains is going to loose customers in the long run. Cut your wage back and see how that affects your profits.
