Rotherham Parkgate store…visited Saturday am. Carole Thom was at the checkout. My mum has gluten intolerance, and Carole noticed I had some gluten free products in my trolley. Carole then gave me an extremely helpful list of where all the gluten free foods were in the store, some of which I didn’t know existed. Her knowledge was excellent, and I felt she went the extra mile for me as a customer. Please encourage and reward Carole for doing a great job !

I have just spent £131.02 at my local morrisons in Leek. Using a standard checkout the till receipt is minus the last 25-30 mm of the receipt contains the details that you require to start the survey. Date 27.07.17, time roughly 20:30 so cannot enter the prize draw. The receipt has been chopped short. Poor service.

When I went into my local Congleton store I was offended to see at the checkout, buckets for donations for victims of the attacks in London and not Manchester when we are so close to Manchester and have local people who were victims in the Manchester attack. London is the wealthiest part of the country and more than able to support their victims.

I am a pensioner and visited Morrisons Plymouth yesterday. In the ‘Ready Meals’ the delicious beef casserole with dumpling size 250gms had disappeared – only size 400gms there – too big for me! My friend could not find a small carton of cream, or a small packet of beef mince in the butchery (say 250 or 300gms). Pllease please do not ignore the single householder (especially pensioners) and bring back these items!

I visited your Corton Wood store yesterday, did my shopping,I had bought a Yorkshire Post paper and I was having lunch in the cafe.
I am sure by now you will have seen page 11 of the YP for yesterday 13th May. Saying you are the worst supermarket in the country. I was outraged and spoke to the Duty Manager (Jamie). And said that if you wanted to you could use me as an example of a very satisfied customer.
I left England at the beginning of 2006 and returned February 2016.When I left your supermarkets were ok but nothing outstanding,on my return what a transformation! Open, well lit, clean stores,a wide range of various foods and wines and spirits and excellent butchery, bakery ,cheese etc. counters. Wide range of household goods.
Your staff are knowledgable and helpful. I could go on but it is not necessary.

The universe for this survey was supposed to be 10,000 and only 153 expressed views on your stores your HQ staff I am sure will challenge the figures and my own experience bears out the good reports which you quote in this article.

Before I left England in 2006 I lived in Suffolk and shopped in Waitrose in Sudbury, you are not quite at that level as yet because you serve a different demographic and you are in the middle of the tricky task of moving upmarket while retaining your core customers in an economically depressed area in a very competitive market, however the BMW/Range Rover/Audi count is quite significant in your car park and you will yet there at your current rate of climbing!

If I may suggest maybe the stores which have not been upgraded form the backbone of this survey hence the comments, you could check.
The comments in this website seem to show that your response site might need an upgrade.

I use 3 Morrisons around the area I live. My favourite is the skipton branch. They are always very helpful and one of the managers Claire Thornber is a very helpful and approachable and kind. It’s a pleasure to shop in the store.

You do OK in the Aberdeen store on the whole – good value, well presented. NOT the bedding plants – allowed to dry up. I buy them constantly – they just need water. POINTS – I bought 2 items carrying 100 extra points – only one credited (14April) doesn’t the 2nd one count ? Customer services – now rarely manned without traipsing round to Dry Cleaning, get those nice ladies to summon someone, back to Cust.Serv, wait – life’s too short! Clean the heads of the Reduced label printers – the barcodes won’t scan and a 15-digit number in 4-point type has to be deciphered and typed in. The labels are often badly printed so 90p looks like 50, 70 looks like 10. Lots of items in the reduced cabinet NOT reduced. It’s a good store, now sloppily managed. The survey link above goes to an Amazon site that offers trendy junk with huge carriage charges, followed by masses of Spam email. THIS form should be right at the start before all the (out -of date) comments

Very cheerful and smiling greeting from heather at the till after our shop. Don’t like the untrained voices of staff announcements. We don’t need to hear them, particularly in the cafe. Surely some other form of communication could be used. You don’t hear this sort of thing in other supermarkets. Some of the background music is also annoying.. staff most helpful in leading you to items you can’t find yourself. Please make friendly atmosphere your key object – it makes the shopping experience pleasanter. Keep on trying…

Such a long-winded process just to send comment about recent visit to local store. Mini complaint: Lurpak spreadable was advertised online at £5 for 1kg. “Not available, sorry” was the response from store staff. Not good enough, as it was before 11:30 a.m.
I cut short shopping trip – waste of journey and time – and finished at Tesco. Checkout and other staff helpful.

I don’t understand the voucher you get when you have payed for your shoping..it say’ How did We Do Today?……chance to win £1,000 it doesn’t say anything about keeping your receipt to enter….I have had a few of these vouchers and always thought Oh yes its just a con…..and have this time decided to give it a go…..that’s how I found out that you need to keep your receipt…that went in the bin a while ago….so looks like back to the drawing board and will have to wait until I receive another voucher…but this time keep my receipt…You should make the rules a bit more clear please…..after reading most of the comments..hope I don’t encounter problems in future..Thanks for Listening.

I have always found the staff very helpful, what I have always found annoying is that quite often a lower price is put in front of something more expensive I usually notice but how often do people not notice and don’t realise maybe until they’re home and checking their receipt.

Chesterfield branch. My complaint is the petrol pumps. We are persuaded to use our Morrisons card to ‘pay and go’, but half the time the pump does not recognise it and when it does there is either no receipt or a receipt and no points. So the only ‘go’ is to customer Services in store to have them added. A waste of time for everybody.

Oh dear. I’ve complained till I’m blue in the face to our local Morrison’s about not having extra tasty fresh spit roasted chickens ready at 7/8 am on sat morning. Their just as confused as me or their not
telling me the trough! So why cant we buy the chickens first thing when your store opens? I’ve shopped there since you built it and could always get chickens when it was 8 am start so what’s the problem? Come on get your act together and have those chicken spit roasted ready for your customers as soon as you open. Thank you.

my shop in colwyn bay are okay until you have a complaint. i have complained about being overcharged three times , no fault of my own, and the same product. two of the times the manager and deputy manager shouted at me, making a show of me in the shop. promising they would get it corrected for the third time. i have learnt my lesson finally, i will not go in there again. we have tesco, asda, lidl and aldi so no shortage of choice. the staff in these shops especially lidl are brilliant, soooo helpful.

Visited the Leek Morrisons, Staffordshire. Saw the wonky potatoes on sale, what a great first, why do cucumbers have to straight and potatoes blemish free. all Potatoes are still potatoes when peeled. Other good offers on sale, dramatic reduction on the fresh bread. Couldn’t find “eccles cakes” on the shop floor, but a bakery assistant , traversed into the fresh bakery area and packed them personally.
