I am a regular customer of Charleys (store #00092 – Citadel Mall SC) and have been for years; however, I have reached a point where I am totally disgusted with your restaurant and ironically it has nothing to do with your food. I normally do not order a soft drink when I place my food order but instead ask for (fountain) water. In the past I was charged a nominal amount for the water (25 cents) but now that cost has risen to 50 cents. You are the only restaurant that I know of (and that includes fast food places) that charges for water. I think that’s outrageous; water certainly doesn’t cost you anything, so why should you charge your customers. In any event, I’m not happy and I’m sure I’m not the only one.

Hello I visited your restaurant 23 Feb around 2;40 pm with my wife at the Clarksville Tn. River side drive location we ate lunch the place was not crowded at all but after we ordered we waited 31 minutes for our food. we paid $42.88 for the food which I thought was expensive but that was not the problems the Cole slaw we were served was not made right it was tasteless no flavor just plain shredded cabbage with a little salad dressing. I later learned that you all give 10% discount to active duty military how could you restrict it just active duty with all the war hero retirees that reside here in the city of Clarksville TN thanks for listening I want return.
