I hate to do it myself, so I take my car to Valvoline Instant Oil Change to have my oil changed and basic service done. I just hate to change oil myself, it’s such a messy job.     My experience at my local Valvoline Quick Lube was very good. It was spendy, but was quite professional and friendly experience. This was at my Beaverton, Or. On SW Cornell rd.

    My wife had oil changed in her 2013 Fusion on 2/10/17, Invoice # 95803, 10:48am
    CSR was very respectful and represented the Valvoline
    Oil change store perfectly. Her receipt shows Jeffery as her CSR but it wasn’t Jeff (sorry didn’t get the young mans name). She had 2 postcards (different codes) mailed from corporate for $15 Off synthetic oil blend oil change. Both cards had expired in January but my wife held on to them until we could afford to have both our cars oil changed. The nice gentleman graciously accepted 1 of the postcards (labeled if you come back to us).
    However, today 2/18/17, my wife and I returned to
    Valvoline, Ooltewah location and had a bad experience. Jeff (asst Mgr) was rude from the start.
    Invoice 96168, 9:00am, 2008 Ford Mustang.
    We couldn’t find the 2nd postcard but showed Jeff
    my wife’s receipt from the week before and asked if he could honor the $15 discount and he was very rude about it. My husband told Jeff he only needed the synthetic oil change (no other services). Jeff proceeded to talk to Thomas at front of our car, it was obvious Jeff was saying inappropriate things about me to Thomas (being sarcastic). Could be coincidence but all my chrome caps (labeled oil, windshield washer and the oil stick) were back on upside down and greasy. Jeff didn’t complete all system checks, did not make eye contact and very rudely (snarky tone) said
    “You have a nice day”. I asked for his name and he wanted to know why (again rude tone).
    Jeff does not represent Valvoline, has terrible customer service skills and not a good roll model for employees working under him (i.e. Thomas)
    Very Disappointed!!!

      I was in Valvoline in Naugatuck on July 21st my first time there for an oil change with a groupon coupon. The three guys who took care of me were very nice Gary, King,and i think the others guy name was Messh. They were fast and helpful. They inspected my car and changed a headlight i had out , Filter and Ac filter which cost me more money that i was not expecting to pay. I also handed Gary a paper from my dealer telling me three things that need to be done with my truck. I asked Gary if you guys can do these for me next time and he wrote diwn the prices of each one and it looks like Valoline is about $200. dollars cheaper. He told me that Valoline does not charge for labor but looking at the prices on the board i think Valoline does include the labor in with the price which is not fair . I think your prices should be lowered and you will probably get alot more customers. I received great customer service and fast service but, not happy with the prices.
