  1. Just wanted to take a moment to let the corporate HQ know what kind of store you have in Corbin KY! I recently visited your store in Corbin KY and a garment was inadvertently left out of my bag. Initially I thought, well great I’m going to be out $70 bucks, it was a Sunday night and the store was closed by the time I realized the top was missing, so I called the next morning. I spoke with a member of the managerial staff named Ken Fore, hope I got the spelling correct. Now please bare in mind, I am a hard to please, OCD, anal, type A personality and a pessimist. So if course I hoped for the best and prepared for the worst.
    I live in very rural area in the hills of Southeastern Kentucky. We are about two hours from Lexington Ky and one hour from Knoxville Tn. I was SO dreading having to make the 40 minute journey back to the Belk. Mr. Ken Fore was so nice, he was so considerate and went above and beyond to resolve the matter! I was utterly shocked by how easily we came to a resolution of the matter. NOW REMEMBER THAT I AM A ANAL RETENTIVE JERK, AND VERY, VERY HARD TO PLEASE!
    Mr. Ken Fore made the matter easy, and provided me with a COMPLETELY pain free resolution. He went above and beyond and was honestly the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE. If more stores and store managers behaved like he did people would not dread going shopping. Plus, he provided me with a return call, to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome of the problem.. Ken Fore and the Corbin KY location of your store should make you guys proud. I cannot imagine that there could have been a more satisfactory outcome of the situation. So in conclusion, Thank you Belk for having such lofty expectations of your retail stores. Thank you Belk at Corbin Trade Mart Center for hiring such competent, cooperative and caring managers and sales associates. Lastly, Mr. Ken Fore, Thank you for remembering that the customer is always right and that the customer plays a part in making your store what it is.. I was very impressed with Belk Corbin KY and Ken Fore’s level of customer service.

    Good Afternoon I was in your Belk in Aiken SC yesterday and I found some wonderful items that I wanted to purchase and the cashier by the name of Chermaine was very rude as if she was rushing me out of the store because I had few questions very distasteful and rude. She made me feel as if I was trying to steal something and I don’t steal, then she did not give me my merchandise, so now I have to wait for a pair of earrings. Called back spoke with a young lady Lee Ann Sanders very respectful and very helpful. She is the only reason I will come back to your Belks and shop. Thanks have a Blessed Day.
