This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Belk.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

    Me and my dad was in Belks one day and he’s 81 and I thought it would be nice to get him a credit card so I was paying on it and didn’t notice that there was $20 more left to pay so I didn’t go back to the account then in 3 months they send a bill for over $200 and when I called them the woman said I didn’t pay a dime on it when it shows on the app that I did Now my dad is all tore up about the bill This dam world won’t let anybody have any peace cause of money

  4. Today (3/30/18) on the phone I received the most AMAZING customer service from a young lady in the Cape Coral store, working in the Jewelry department. She was incredibly helpful and nice – such an asset for your store! Her name is Perly and I have tried to find a way to report her helpfulness – but so far this is the only think I can do because I do not have a receipt! This is extremely frustrating to me – this young lady was simply wonderful, what a goodwill ambassador – and to not be able to acknowledge that is just WRONG. PLEASE, will you come up with a way to acknowledge superior service, that does not require a code from a receipt?

  5. I have been an elite customer of Belk for many years. My daughter takes a vacation day in November and we have gone shopping for Christmas presents for my Grandchildren for years.. It was so nice when we could take our presents and have them wrapped. I liked Belks better when they carried Jones of New York and other good brand clothes. Belk is still my favorite store from housewares to to clothing . I enjoy Belk.

    I visited Belk recently & bought items in several departments.
    In all departments, salesperson Ruth assisted me most readily. I have mobility problems and she most graciously helped me choose merchandise in women’s bra’s, children’s clothes & gift’s. She also helped me with exchange & took the time to explain the transaction when I had difficulty understanding it. So very kind & gracious to help an old lady in need. Friendly & smiling, too! Thank you for the shopping cart’s in store. Used to use them before I now have to use my own shopping roller w/seat. Suggest having a few chairs or other means to sit in areas of the store. I also use your online site to do almost of my purchases except returns. Like your new website! Thank you!
