Today we broke our journey to eat , we passed several food outlets but choose BK store no 11762 Moto Tiverton N/E , unfortunately it was not a happy choice, we had the Angus Burger meal & children’s cheeseburger meal ; unfortunately the burger was overcooked, very dry & the chips were lukewarm & had a funny taste , as we had continued our journey we could not take them back , our total bill was £26;36 so not the cheapest option; we will not be calling there again 😒

  2. Came in for lunch – greeted with a smile and politeness from serving staff. Place was clean and tidy which was nice to see – thankyou!

    my first experience today at burger king at the new one in Doncaster herten red with my 2 grandchildren was looking at menu board assistant was staring at me felt rushed to order then 2 children ordered double cheese burger meal she asked if we wanted The medium one at 5.99 which we did no salad on it she said it don’t come with salad which was disappointd ase like salad very small chips would of liked to of seen the smaller meal feel I paid 3.00 for few extra chips and burger was cold as tho it been there ages wasn’t impressed with first visit

  4. I’m afraid you need to give some attention to your coffee machines in Cardiff, one in different shops appear to breakdown, I just hoping that they don’t breakdown together? I don’t like anything else other than coffee with my burger.

  5. Store no 6734. Customer service is really horrendous, middle aged men named on the badge DIPU , ABSOLUTELY RUDE & vulger , doesn’t know how to treat to customers .very stuffy attitude . Request the store management remove this guy from the store .

    Visited this outlet today 12/8/18 at 1pm ordered 5 meals but they were unable to offer bottled water as sold out now I dont drink fizzy or milky drinks & cant stand orange juice !
    Had to manage without …I know weather been hot but come on get some water delivered there

I WENT TO BURGER KING STORE 2454 ON WEST WARREN AND EVERGREEN IN DETROIT MICHIGAN AROUND 5:30 PM I ORDER A CHEESEBURGER IT WAS COLD SO I WENT INSIDE TO GET MY MONEY BACK CAUSE I WAS DISSATISFIED MANAGER INFORM ME THAT THEY DON’T GIVE REFUNDS I WASNT EVEN GIVEN A RECEIPT. I WILL NOT RETURN AT ALL

    We’ve eaten at BK’s all over north America and Europe…here in U.K. they still haven’t achieved the standard in the USA …prices are higher here and standards are
    lower…nevertheless we travel from Largs to P.G. and Irvine to get our BK fix!!

    we ate at BK in Port Glasgow… friendly service … my wife’s chicken royal was served
    hot… last time it was luke- warm…coffee was delicious…keep up the good work…you haven’t taken up out request to open one in Largs…our nearest used to be Greenock which by the way was always a lot busier then P.G. Keep up the good work!!!

  10. Enjoyed my food.But can you please recycle as all the rubbish goes in one bag.And still using straws !!!
