This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Bruegger's Bagels.

  1. Who in the world does the hiring at this store near DU? From the appearance of several of the counter employees you must must recruit from the street people.

    Last week or so a boisterous counter guy with a wild beard, long unkept hair, many tattoos and this time wearing a big winter hat with ear flaps to cover the mess on his head.

    Last week too another sloppy unkept guy with a baseball cap who used the bill on the cap to periodically scratch his head.

    Today a third unkept guy preparing bagels….wild hair, a shaggy man bun and a poorly trimmed beard. Certainly couldn’t pass a food handling sanitation test

    Bruegger’s has the best bagels but the appearance of some of the employees really distracts from the bagel experience giving one second thoughts about recommending or stopping at the store.
