Copps is currently inviting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. An invitation to the survey is currently being printed on select receipts.

This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Copps.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

  1. I have written this twice now , If you have to fill out your personal info first why not set your survey up in that order. I had a good clerk in Wi. Rapids her name was Alyssa.

  2. I was at the store in Wisconsin Rapids. The checker had a problem with the store coupon bur after several attemps got it to work. Did not have anystore issues.

  3. I do not like the ground meat. The hamburger, ground chuck, and other ground beef is ground that it doesn’t fry up well. I bought a pkg. that said good for chili, it was a big
    grind, it was terrible, the meat was tough, as is the small ground. I am told all the meat
    is shipped in, that there is no grinding at the Copps store in Wautoma. I will get my hamburger etc. from the store across the road from now on. Very disappointed to say the least.

  4. I ordered a birthday cake for a resident in an assisted living facility that this gentleman lives . Deb S did a beautiful job of decorating the cake with a guitar and an accordion that this man plays. The residents commented that the cake tasted wonderful and not like it was “store bought”. Thank you for the extra efforts!!

  5. Can’t get the eclipse to work!!!!!!!? Registered and wrote down everything still will not let me IN .Hate it !!!!!!?????!!!!?!? Fix system or get rid of and lower prices!!!

I visit copps deli every week and the employee I recognize that waits on me does an excellent job shaving my ham.. none of the other employees shaves it the way she does it , its perfect everytime… She does a great job . Her name is Jean in Deli. shes such a hard worker and does an excellent job with the customers. shes fast and efficient and always cheerful. She should get a raise.

  7. Right. I accidentally got linked to Publishers Clearing House. Hope I got out in time. Miss Copps. Both stores I go to are big disappointment. No sense to where things are. Whitney way and Pierre 37 madison wi. Express lanes are no longer express. Will divide between Metcalf and Woodman stores. Sad.

  8. Had a disturbing visit to the Copps store in Antigo on Sun the 4th of Sept at 11:51 AM.(8115 03 0103 181965). Whils deciding which chips to buy, we witnessed a young male working in the meat dept swat flies with his baseball style cap, not once but several times!!!

    Frustrating!! Tried to find the Copps survey. But, kept getting links to other surveys, which I am not interested in. Finally, stopped searching. Will voice my frustration directly to the store.
