This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Dollar Tree.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

  1. Store # 4401 has the loveliest employee her name is Jacqueline n should be training everyone else on customer service! Don’t knw where u found her but Dollar tree needs a lot more like her ! Thank u Jacqueline!!!!!!

  2. Visiting my daughter. Went to 3 stores to find your wire pumpkin wreath frame. Store #2054 your manager was very rude. I understand she was putting items out, however her tone and mannerism was totally uncalled for. If she is not happy working there, then maybe she needs to quit.
    Very unhappy customer.

  3. When I shop at the store personal is very happy to help me and go out of there way for me. You see I am disabled and in a wheelchair they keep a eye out for me to see if I need anything. The place is very clean pleasant . They do this every time I shop there it’s not a one-time thing and I appreciate very much Thank You ! 2318 0112 0467 0111

  4. Went to the Dollar Tree on Broad Street in Elizabeth NJ
    The store seemed a lot more organized and cleaner. Finally
    Dollar Tree put someone in there at cares. Two thumbs up
    for Broad Street.

  5. I live out of town and I visit the Danville, Ill. store and it is always clean and easy to get down the aisles. It is stocked well. Always enjoy shopping there. Sometimes visit the one located in Rantoul, Ill. and it too is always stocked, clean and staff at both places are always friendly. Too bad Dollar General stores do not do the same as their aisles in the one I visit quite often , wheelchairs can never move thru it. So they go elsewhere, sad.

  6. I visited the Green Valley Ranch Dollar Tree and was pleased to see that the store was well stocked and clean. The employees were cordial and helpful as well. I appreciate it when I am able to go into the store and find the things I need. I would like to salute the Manager by saying well done. Keep up the good work…

  7. I had a wonderful experience at the store at the Harker Heights shopping center. The store was clean and well stocked. I had no trouble finding what I was looking for that day or any other day. I am always greeted by the staff upon entering and exiting the store. I would like to be considered for the sweepstakes, if you please. Thank you.

  8. Tonight I was in the Carson City Store and was injured by the Manager. I am recovering from major surgery and am not walking well. When I want to the cashier, he was shouting thru the store about how no matter what, to not double bag items, even if the customer requests it. Only if the customer demands it to do it. Store policy he said. Then he yells thru the store that they also will not be offering to help people out of the store. To me, who can only walk slowly. I told him that he was being rude. And he was. And that is why I liked to shop at the other dollar store in Carson City because they are simply so nice there. He started yelling everything he said to me, to build his audience. Pounding keys, pounding everything at the register. His temper was building. I asked many times for my receipt to get away from him because I thought he would strike me. I said nothing during this time. But he would not give me the receipt so I could leave. When he finally got it, he scrunched it in his hand and held it above, so I had to really reach for it. Again, I am recovering from major surgery. Reaching like this injured me. I told him he was rude and that he could bite me. He blew up then. Stared yelling at me to never come in the store again. I informed him I had done nothing, and he could not keep me out. He told me I was not allowed to come in and complain like that. All at the top of his lungs, so everyone in the store could see what a professional he is. I intend to pursue this injury claim as it was due to his treatment of me, and refusing to just hand me the receipt like someone sane. Apparently, this is the standard of excellence in Mangers for Dollar Tree. To have a Manager that is abusive to a woman that just simply thought the other store was nicer, and to force me to hard reach for a receipt that again, injured me, and then to yell at me when I left. This caused injury and great undue unnecessary stress. And I needed help out of the store, and he made it clear when I walked up that I was not getting it.

    1. i have been purchasing my greeting cards from dollar tree for close to twenty years. you have had an extensive selection and variety of card sizes — 5X7 and 8X10. i have been purchasing both american greetings and tender hearts. recently you changed to hallmark cards. at all stores the inventories and selection have been decreased greatly. not only are the size of the individual cards substantially smaller, the selection limited– the prices are also higher–with all cards priced at one dollar. i am extremely disappointed and will be purchasing my cards at other retailers. do you anticipate any american greeting cards in the future?

  9. I visited the store located at 7065 Magnolia Ave. on April 9, 2017 and had the most negative experience with an assistant manager named Mattie Tremble. I would simply like to state that as a former executive of a Target store in which I held 2 positions I was dismayed at her lack of knowledge or unwillingness to void items that the customer no longer wants. She would rather short her employee’s drawer by cashing out the transaction but this in my world is tantamount to theft because the drawer will reflect a negative balance of what monies were not added! She thinks that she can force the customer to just mysteriously come up with the money instead of just performing a void which is within her power and is her responsibility as a key holder. She is rude, put her hand in my face and spoke condescendingly to me and does this with other’s as well. The manager above her and the other employees that I have encountered are quite nice however; she should not be working within this community with her personality flaws and her business practices are affecting the bottom line of the company and that will in turn affect the profitability of this particular store! If Mattie Tremble is allowed to continue to work in this location she will continue to push more of this community out and the store is not self sustainable so the end result may very well be the closing of a store that we need. Please investigate her voids, complaints, etc. from the start of her employment at this store and correlate the loss and you will see for yourself that you cannot afford team-members such as this within your company.

      I value the store I wish they had one closer to me I have to drive like 30 miles to get there but when I get there I’ll buy a months supply or so of groceries because I couldn’t do that if the prices wouldn’t like they are appreciate that valuable products and lower prices
      most of the people that’s been there for years go out of there way to help you
      there some new people there they don’t seem to eager to help find anything maybe later when they get more used to working there maybe they’re no where is the food is in the store and try to help find stuff for the people I hope this is not one of those come on where they sell your information
