This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to First Watch.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

  2. I really enjoyed the food at the New location in Williamsburg Va,
    The Server(JB) was super friendly and professional.
    The atmosphere was awesome and I could tell even with a packed house,
    Everyone was enjoying their experience, just like us!

    We will be returning soon.

    If I had anything I could would be to make
    The resteraunt bigger(as the wait was a little long)
    And if they stayed open a little later..that would be great!

  3. This was our first time at your Brooksville Fl location. My oldest son has been raving about the place. My wife, son and I now will be doing the same. The food was outstanding! We all thought it was like a take out place and were pleasantly surprised when it was a quite large restaurant. The decor was beautiful. I leave the best part of my comment for last. We were lucky enough to get the sweetest server Jodi. She was so pleasant and made us feel so welcome. She explained the juices and meals to us perfectly. I asked for the manager to compliment the experience and Matt too was a real nice guy. We can’t wait to come back. Great job! Bob and Terri Russell

  4. last mother’s day it was very busy & packed. naturally, they asked me for my name & told them that i was deaf, be sure to get me cuz I wud not able to hear them calling my name. waited 1 hour & 45 minutes finally, called my name but the male manager somehow forgot that i was deaf. good thing, we saw him calling my name several times while we were waiting inside. wud have lost my seat turn if not see him calling my name. yikes. they needed flash devices like most restaurants have those.

  5. Don’t go if you want fast service. Nor knowing the policies (apparently you have to be seated by them), I sat at a booth, hoping for a cup of coffee. Waitresses scurried by, it wasn’t rush…it was 10:30 am on a weekday…but NO ONE NOTICED I WAS SITTING! After 10 minutes of being ignored, I went up front. This was my convo with the waitress there:
    Her: Can I help you?
    Me: Yeah..I was sitting and waiting to be waited on.
    Her: Well, we seat you.
    Me: Yeah, but I’m leaving now. You could have grabbed me, one of you could have seen me, but no. I wasn’t worthy of your business.
    Her: Oh, I can seat you now!
    Me: Nope. You lost me. Bye!

    I have been having lunches at First Watch in North Miami Beach, FL. since the day it opened. I go at least one day a week. They have an “amazing” Menu there. The atmosphere is “cozy and rustic”. The service is “fast and great”. They always have these $2.00 coupons each time you go (for the next visit). I love First Watch and there is no way you could be disappointed with the one in North Miami Beach, FL. !

    My first visit to First Watch will be my last. A friend and myself decided to try First Watch after she had some tests at the hospital. We ordered the Crab/Asparagus Omelet and all we could taste was the overpowering taste of fish. I love seafood and eat it on a regular basis, but I do not want a strong “Fishy” taste. I also thought the prices were very expensive considering breakfast came to a total of $33.00. We could have had dinner for that price. I have no objection to paying a good price for a good meal but I was very disappointed with First Watch.

    Delicious food, unique menu, and extraordinary service. We have lunch there several times a week, and will miss the Venice location when we travel north.

  9. Waiting over 30 min and name still not called this is too irritating. Looks like white is first in this restaurant! Smh. Never again
