Giant Eagle Pharmacy is currently inviting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. An invitation to the survey is currently being printed on select receipts.

This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Giant Eagle Pharmacy.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

  4. i have dealt for many years with giant eagle..i have to say to this day i am so very pleased with the pharmacy (and store)..i’ve seen many people come and go and no matter whom i am dealing with they have shown the upmost kindness and respect (which is hard to find these days)..i appreciated all that they have done for me and my family…thank you

  5. The Giant Eagle pharmacy in Ravenna, Ohio is quite possibly the slowest pharmacy I have ever encountered. It makes no whether a person walks into the store, or goes through the drive-through, a 15-minute wait is the norm. This is not a matter of a high number of customers, it is more of a short staffing issue. Please, please staff this pharmacy with more people so customers won’t have such a long wait.

I would like to thank the pharmacist in Fairview Ohio for warning me off the medication I was perscripped I recently had dental surgery and had been perscripped 20 narco than a prescription for another pain medication and he informed me all the warnings thank you for helping me with my recovery

  8. Joel the very best pharmacist at Giant Eagle 318 Cedar Avenue Pittsburgh. He is kind patient understanding compassionate and asset to Giant Eagle and your Pharmacy. I told him I was in an apartment fire caused by someone else I had to be rescued lost everything and did not have insurance. I know have a condition I need to take medicine every day and I ask Joel if he could give me a discount on this medicine. He said yes he could help me and I’m so very very grateful. Please recognize Joel in a small way because he is so wonderful and the very best pharmacist. He went the extra mile for me and and I really appreciate it. Also please let the head pharmacist know name is Zack. Thank you for recognizing Joel and God bless you.

  9. I went to the Verona Pharmacy an hour after talking to my doctors office about a new subscription that should be ready in an hour. When I got there Shannon said it was for tomorrow but she said that they would make now. When I got back in ten minutes it was ready and Shannon remembered my name. It was really great that she knew my name. Give her kudos for being great service.
