Wesco is currently inviting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. An invitation to the survey is currently being printed on select receipts.

This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Wesco.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

  1. I am a diabetic. I would love if they could get no sugar cookies. I get ask if I would like cookies and I have to turn them down. So please if it is possible you get cookies that are for people that are diabetic. Don’t get a lot in just a small amount until you see how they just keep a small amount. Thank you

  2. I was saddened, surprised, upset to find that Wesco, exit 128, in White Hall no longer offered Root Beer in the new machines! Since I cannot drink caffeine, I prefer Root Beer to any other drink. We have a cottage on Stony Lake and always stop at that Wesco on our way to and from Holland. When I asked about the change, I was told that I was not the first one to ask about the change.

  3. I enjoy if i had a bad day i walk in with there kindness and being help full for me the rest of the day i feel good.

  4. I love your crunched ice I am addicted to it and also I love your workers there always there to lend a helping hand. Your workers are always cheerful with the smile on their face and kind words it makes it a pleasant experience with each visit.
