HomeGoods is currently inviting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. An invitation to the survey is currently being printed on select receipts.

This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to HomeGoods.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

  1. I shopped in the Morton Grove, Il HomeGoods store today as I often do. The store is always very clean, the staff is always welcoming and helpful. This store is beautifully merchandised and arranged. I also appreciate the Chanukah merchadise available in the store. Not enough stores offer this.
    I always find something to buy for myself as well as gifts.

And April 9, 2019 I visited the store in Fairlawn Ohio on market Street where I lost a wallet with $400 the store return my wallet with everything in tact and I was to say I thank the employees for their hard work and honesty .I would like to add that I enjoy shopping at the store I find unique buys at affordable prices Thank you so much Fairlawn Home goods

  3. I shop at the ernst Barrett parkway store in Kennesaw Ga and am usually more than satisfied with the service. I visited 6/20/19 and purchased over $300 worth of merchandise and even opened a store credit card. Upon arriving home, I noticed I had been overcharged for a set of wash clothes which were $4.99. (I had gotten one pack but was charged for two). Today, I went to pick up a small step ladder and since I had my receipt, I thought I would let them know and expected they would take 4.99 off my $15 ladder, the manager was rude and explained she couldn’t help because she didn’t have proof that I didn’t get two of them. Very poor customer service! I’m sure after spending $314.66 at her store, I wouldn’t lie about 4.99. Poor customer service, as soon as my bill comes, i will pay off card and will be canceling my credit card. Ridiculous customer service

  4. I recently visited Homegoods in Twin falls, Idaho and I’m extremely satisfied with the customer service I was given. I Walked in not knowing where to begin with shopping for a staged home I was working on, so a young lady came up to me asked me if I needed help, and she was the answer to it all, bought everything I needed, drove the 2 hours home so excited to get my home staged. That Home sold a week after. I’m thankful for her, the home look beautiful, Thank you again for all your help Mary!

  5. Sandy: My husband and I visited HomeGoods 4664 Millenia Plaza Way, Orlando, fl. on 9/29/18 at 19:38:04, A lady behind the counter was so rude her name was Donna. Most of your employees are super nice but this one really needs an attitude adjustment on how to speak to customer who are making and have made LARGE purchases at your store. But that should not matter you should treat everyone with respect and kindness. Thank you.

  6. on 6/15/17 on 0322082451 survey no. I purchased a candle 083874 which had a tag that said batteries not included. The tag said you needed 3 AA but in fact the item took 3 AAA so your product manager should know the tag is mismarked by the manufacturer. If one gets those batteries and then gets home and they don’t fit as they are the wrong size – you don’t look good!

  7. I was unable to shop at your store located at 9041 Southside Blvd, Jacksonville, FL due to the temperature inside. The AC wasn’t set appropriately for the temperature outside and with the number of persons in your store. I literally stopped shopping and checked out because it was so uncomfortable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Your employees were also complaining, customers complaining…it was a mess!!!!!!!!!!!
