This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Houlihan's.

The attention was good . I recommend this to my friends
We were at an event in Champaign IL this past weekend. We went to one of your restaurants for dinner.
My husband ordered Meatloaf #9, a staple on your menu. When it arrived it did not have on the plate what was listed on the menu. The waitress plopped the plate down and we questioned the veg. that was on the plate, as it was not the one listed on your menu. t was a vegetable that he would not eat. Asked to replace it with some other veg. She stated there was no replacement and then went on to
say that the veg on menu was out of season. Really!
You need to train your staff on the proper way to handle your customers. If you have not customers you do not make money and the staff will not have a job.
My worst visit to Houlihan’s. I’ve always had great time, great food and drinks! But this visit was a disaster. Waitress was not interested in serving, she was chatting with one table for ever and then when we got her attention she came to serve. Order was taken correctly, drinks came in after 10 minutes. When we ordered the second drink, the new wine glass had red lipstick all around the rim, so again, wait to get the waitress’ attention, she did look surprised and took the glass back to the bartender, he put the glass aside, she gave him a clean glass, and then he emptied the wine from the contaminated glass into the clean glass, put that behind the beer taps and then the manager (Dominique) came in, he gave her the glass with the contaminated wine and she brought it to our table without a word of apology, so I asked her for the manager, she said she is the manager, so I asked her if she knew why I asked for the manager, “oh that’s why I brought your wine to apologize” was her answer, so I explained to her about the contaminated wine in the new glass, she took it back without a word and disappeared. So I waved our waitress and told her to cancel our new drinks and get me the bill. The bill came with the wine as a “complimentary ” drink, so , on top of providing an unhealthy service, they are now fixing the register to show a comped drink to cover up of a big violation in health, sanitation and of course customer service. Never have I expected that from Houlihan’s.
Wonderful service and excellent meals. Loved the shrimp.
Very difficult to read the small print on the menus.
We visited Houlihan’s Richfield location yesterday ( 3/15/18-St.Patrick’s Day.) My wife & I came for corn/beef & cabbage. Service was good, food was something far less than good.
Corn/beef was very dry, tough & tasteless. Cabbage was not cooked & all the food was lukewarm! For $15.95 a serving it was a real disappointment.
Our sales receipt code # was 8574 1346 0304 50217
