Logan's Roadhouse is currently inviting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. An invitation to the survey is currently being printed on select receipts.

This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Logan's Roadhouse.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

Logan’s Roadhouse is one of my favorite restaurants, I love their sirloin steaks. Whatever it is that you love about Logan’s Roadhouse, you will be able to get a discount on your next meal if you have eaten there recently, or plan to soon.

All you have to do is visit www.loganslistens.com, enter the serial number from your receipt (they call it your “discount of Logan’s number”), and click “Start” to begin the short survey.

Upon completion you will be instructed on how to redeem the offer printed on your survey invitation. This usually just involves writing down a validation number, which is redeemable upon your next visit.

    Hannah B. Was the best server we have ever had at Logan’s!!! She kept checking on us, jokes with us, got everything right and brought out quickly! Tristan the host was so energetic and helpful. We watched him clean a table in the bar area for a couple that didn’t want to wait, he smiled at everyone and was all around very sweet! Best Logan’s experience we have ever had!

  2. Slow from kitchen. Kitchen didn’t follow directions, I asked for my prime rib not bloody & grilled. The second time it was perfect. Tender’ Hot & very Yummolisious!!!! My waitress seemed rushed & really busy in the bar area 5-615pm. She was very friendly & nice. She did take my very instruction accurately! I had a great relaxing enjoyable time, best I’ve had in a long time.

    Why does the York PA location not have the most popular summertime beer on tap? EVERY OTHER ESTABLISHMENT in the are has Linenkugel Summer Shandy on tap. Big mistake, Logan’s! You’re giving people just one more reason to take their business elsewhere!

    Why is the York Logan’s not carrying the most popular summertime beer on tap? EVERY OTHER BAR/RESTAURANT IN YORK has Linenkugels summer shandy on tap. As regulars we enjoyed this last summer at this location. Get it together, people! You have already lost business here, don’t give everyone another reason to take their business elsewhere.

  5. We ate at Logans at East Peoria Il on Jan 5,2019 we had an excellent experience. Our Waitress was JESSICA M. She was the BEST waitress we have ever had anywhere. Jess was excellent,she was attentive we did not have to ask for anything,she kept our drinks full and always near by checking on us. She was also extremely friendly and had a smile. LOGANS is LUCKY to have her. The next time we visit I will be requesting JESSICA . The food was amazing.

Are at Logan’s in Muscle Shoals AL yesterday….Trista was my waitress/bartender…the ribeye steak was perfect the beer wasn’t quite cold enough so she put me some on ice….my sweet potato was half raw so she fixed that too ….she did everything she could do to accommodate me which made me feel appropriated for choosing LOGANS that day . Hey thank you TRISTA…keep up the good work !!!

  7. We visited the Logans Roadhouse on Sunday 11/11/18. We were seated and the waitress took our drink order. She came back with beverages and took our order. 30 minutes later. No salad, no onion petals. We left. I understand Sunday can be busy. The reason we left is the table behind and in front of us got their salad and appetizers. Still no salads. Terribly disappointing

  8. Ate lunch today at Logan’s Roadhouse. Food was great. Our waitress was outstanding. She made sure we enjoyed our meal and that our steaks were cooked the way we like them. Manager came by table to make sure we were getting the best treatment possible.

  9. My family and i and friends eat at Logan’s Roadhouse pretty often. We have always had good service there. I can not say that I like the way they do their staff. But that not for me to say. Food for the most part has been good. we know if it is not then we can always get it better. The mangers are there to be helpful in any way they can. We love the smiles and their are friendly. We like to build relationships. Thank you my Logan friends for sharing Logan’s with us. Work on the Bathroom problem and the wait time and you can see happier people.   10. 5 of us ate at Redding, CA at Logan’s. Never had such terrible service. Waited and waited. 1 filet came with nothing. Just filet on plate. 15 mins later potatoe came. Was really disappointed. It didn’t seem like waiter, but kitchen. 2 other plates were cold. It was a birthday dinner. Never again.

    I didn’t keep my receipt today went we are at Logan’s roadhouse at the Charlotte Pike NashvilleWest. 37209. My husband and I tried the All American cheese burger. Our option was. I was the worse burger that we have ever ate. It was cold to start with. No seasoning at all. I will never order a burger again there. For the most part. The sweat tea and French fries was good. Our waiter was great. It was his first day at work. Adam was his name. Sorry for the comments

  13. always been satisfied with the food at logans ivisted just recently and the food wasn’t that good. my steak was so dry and tough was n’t worth the money i paid.

  14. I recently ate at Logan’s Roadhouse and had the best steak. It was cooked to perfection with the right amount of seasoning.
