    I was upset when told that Metro Market would no longer carry Organic Valley milk.

    I will have to go to Fresh Thyme market, a few blocks away from now on.

  2. I shop at Metro Market on Van Buren St. all the time. The store is fine. Better than the Sentry and Kohl’s, at the same location, that preceded it.

    I really don’t want to take a survey. Almost all the time the shopping experience is OK. If the execs from Kroger wanted to find this out, all they have to do is to dress casually and spend some time in the store.

    i shop at Metro frequently and have found the store clean,items always look fresh,shelves fully stocked. I have had a few returns that always were without a bother. Smiles all around!. Donna at the Cottage Grove market always has a warmgreeting and makes your day seem better.Although the prices are a bit higher than the other market, I dont mind because the quality and service is wonderful.

  5. Employees at the Mequon MetroMarket were extra kind and helpful to me when I was confused about a juice sale. Tristan and MaryEllen were patient and went out of their way to make sure I could take advantage of the sale. Thank you!

    We shop at Brookfield Metro-Mart on Bluemound, often. Rita R. usually waits on us at the meat deli. Rita is very friendly, helpful and considerate.
    The bagger, an elderly gentleman, I believe his name is Al, probably a new employee was also friendly. He knows how to bag groceries, properly, placing heavy items (can goods, etc.) in one bag and delicate items (tomatoes, celery, etc.) in another bag.
    The cashier was also friendly and helpful.

    On Good Friday, I shopped Shorewood’s new Metro Market. I was over charged for a bunch of beets. Instead of one I was charged for four. Also was charged for white potatoes instead of Yams. Returned to the store on Monday,March 28th to get my refund and also made a few purchases at 5:52pm 6893 03 0008 183894, only to be over charged again for a Hilshire half ham, which was $38.82 reduced to $26.17. So I had to return to the store the next day to get my refund. Although all employees have been extremely nice, I don’t know how well trained they are at the register. I am too busy to run back to the store twice in one week because of errors made.
