I rang Morrisons in Bradford as that was the number on the back of the flowers i’d purchased, after Xmas to complement them on some roses i’d bought 6 weeks prior, they were excellent quality and very good value. I also made a few enquiries, and the gentleman on the CSD said he would get back to me in a couple of days…….I never heard a thing, it’s the height of bad manners, I’ve a good mind to shop elsewhere where folk might not be so ignorant!

  2. Mr Stuart Carter

I have just returned from Shopping at Morrison’s in Kidderminster. Advertised for sale was M/ piper potatoes at 40p a bag or three for a pound. On examining the ticket I find the Customer use checkout has charged £1.20p. Plus this is the third of occasion when this machine does not ask, or take the Morrison’s More Card. Not good enough Morrison’s.
    Regards Stuart Carter.

  3. After visiting the petrol station at Morrrisons Morpeth(381) I needed to put some windscreen solution into my car. I had no idea how to do this and didn’t even know how to open my bonnet and the attendant serving that even went above and beyond on this cold wet night and showed me how it was done. Many, many thanks to WILMA DOBSON. What a star!!!!!!

  4. My husband and I we were in the Welling Morrisons when I was faced by this very nasty cashier at till Number 9. It started with her, saying that she can’t take party food at the till and asked if we ordered it; to which we said no. I explained to her that we found it in the fridge. Her attitude and her body language made us feel very bad. I had done nothing to deserve this treatment. She called for another cashier on the floor, and she said there should be no problem. I said that we are willing to leave the party product behind and she can start to scan the rest of the shopping. I had bought a big salmon and I got it out to give it to her to scan, she did not want to handle it and she started wiping her scanner in a negative way. I spent £100 on my shopping and this is the service I received today

  5. After my recent shopping visit to your Morrisons Ayr Store on Wednesday 9.10.2019 (Survey Entry No 62001651180013) Once again I had the embarrassing experience when leaving the store when security Alarm went off (This is the Second Time this has happened to me) on this occasion the items that caused this were Security Protected, 1. Old Spice After Shave Lotion and 2. Brut After Shave) but having went through the self scan and pay checkout and received necessary receipt yet again Alarm activated when leaving the store and again Security search at Main Entrance , This is Totally Unacceptable to me and if your company cannot get their Act Together and ensure your systems operate correctly ie: Clear Protected Items When Going Through the Payment System then I will most definitely refrain from shopping at Morrisons in future and I might add I as a regular Customer to this Store (I only stay across the road) again I find this being stopped by Security and Questioned in view of all other shoppers unacceptable, I am aware this Store is going through a upgrade etc but as this has happened to me in the past then their is something within your systems that is unfit for purpose and especially on this occasion a member of staff had to reset checkout twice prior to me paying for goods, your comments would be appreciated which will in turn make my decision whether I continue to shop at this Store or Not.

  6. Two weeks ago I unfortunately put diesel instead of unleaded petrol into my car!!!!
Nathan who worked in the kiosk was extremely helpful.
At the time my husband was with me in the car , recently discharged from hospital after 3 major hip operations and was extremely anxious and unable to walk far.
Nathan was very calm and most helpful..
I would like to thank him publicly and say he is a credit to your firm would you please on my behalf give him my most grateful thanks and tell him I thought he was an asset to your company,
Many, many thanks for all your help and understanding,
    Pat Burgess

Over the past few months I have become increasingly dissatisfied with my local Morrison’s supermarket in Devizes. The shelves are often empty and today I was unable to buy 8 of the Items on my list. This included ricotta cheese, cannelloni, oyster sauce, large bag of ice, spray household cleaner, basil, fish pie mix and minced pork. I am now seriously considering returning to online shopping.

  8. This evening I did a small shop at Morrison’s, Verwood. I purchased some cat food..Pascoes fish select £2.15. When unpacking my shopping at home there was an awful smell making the whole shop ‘stink’ !, Some of the cat food packs had burst, obviously some time ago and smelled disgusting. I put them in a bag and returned to Morrison’s . There was no problem. The young guy on customer services replaced the carton and he took the offending cat food outside before the whole shop stank. I did think however after having to return to Morrison’s from the other side of Three Legged Cross and the fact that all my shopping at home had to be washed and that my car now stank, that I might be offered something, even if it was a more sincere apology or a can of air spray to cover up the smell in my car and home. I am a regular customer at Morrison’s shopping two or three times a week. This has upset me somewhat.

  9. I have been using your Hawick store for my regular needs, but week after week it hasn’t had 2 things I’ve been wanting for a long time although there are spaces and prices for them on the shelves.
Brown shoelaces (75cm) have a space, but there have been none perhaps for months.
Morrisons shaving foam has apparently been out of stock for a month or so. Last week when a lady was stocking shelves nearby I was told that a delivery was expected that evening, but the space was still empty the following Sunday and again today.
I wouldn’t mind being told that there are things you do NOT sell so that I could then look elsewhere, but to find them offered yet unavailable for long periods of time is misleading and exasperating.
I was going to use your “survey” response until it told me that in exchange for my feedback it would go into my device and extract all kinds of information not relevant to these comments.

  10. During my weekly shop today (Monday 10th june) at your Guiseley store I came across the branch manager.
I decided to take the opportunity to ask a question on a matter that’s irritated my wife and myself for a number of weeks.
It is now very difficult to get your shopping trolley close to the checkout as every checkout has goods stacked immediately in front.
The managers response was complete waffle and he was unable or unwilling to explain the reason only to say it was company policy
    NOT GOOD ENOUGH MORRISONS

  11. Hi I shop at the wimbeldon branch and would like to give Steve lewis the master baker a
big thumbs-up for all what he does. Always a pleasure to talk with him.

  12. On a recent visit to the newly refurbished Morrisons store, Lanark at 8.20pm on a weekday, I was perturbed to find no manned tills (apart from the tobacco kiosk). Using one of the self-scan machines resulted in the usual advice to await help. Help, however, was not forthcoming as the assistant detailed was engaged in idle gossip nearby with a friend. Eventually, alerted by Ryan, the kiosk attendant, she wandered over and sullenly obliged by correcting the machine. When asked why the tills were closed she replied that it was because of the lateness of the hour – closing time being over an hour later – and “Asda does the same”. Ah, if only there were an Asda in the locale!

About 5pm. on 1 May 2019, I returned to the store to find (a) that there were no shopping baskets available. Again. (b) that only 2 tills were manned, each with a sizeable queue awaiting service and (c) that 3 of the self scanning machines were out of service. This in a refurbished supermarket?

Luckily, there is a properly managed Tesco outlet in the town which will enjoy all of my future business.

  13. I visited the Cambourn branch of Morrisons today a purchased 2 boxes of Puffed Wheat which I believe was marked as £1.00 per box or 2 for £1.58.
I got to the till and the price appeared as £2.00.
I queried this and the person at the till called for assistance. The person he called went off to check and came back saying that the price indicated was 2 for £2.00. This made me suspicious so having paid £2.00 I went immediately to check the shelf again myself and the 2 for £1.58 label had gone and there certainly was not a sign saying 2 for £2.00.
I believe but obviously cannot prove that the price marker I had seen had been removed and this feeling was reinforced for me when, on the way out, I passed the lady who had investigated and she avoided eye contact with me in a very obvious and meaningful way.
As I say I cannot prove anything unfortunately but in future I will have my phone with me to take pictures of offers price marked on shelves.
It has been a bad experience that has affected my view of Morrisons when I/we had just started to use the store quite frequently and I will be sharing the situation with other people

  14. I have tryed your survey but it will not accept my entry number….. I shopped this morning at 8am.. Bideford. Devon.. Store….. I am disabled and use a scooter…. I was assisted by SHELLY… Who was so helpful… In my big shop today and packing…. And see me out to the taxi…. I was very grateful for her help….

  15. Elaine Reilly

decided to give morrisons English mustard ago save some money as it was only 58p i got home looked at till receipt it cost me £1 16p so much for saving money it had been scanned twice so been charged for 2 it isn’t the first time i have been charged for 2 items and only had 1 so annoyed it needs sorting

I have just been to your Letchworth store this evening, and wanted to let you know that my husband and I want to give a very big thank you for your check out assistant Lisa H for being so helpful, and cheerful to us, and seeing to our shopping. It really was a delight to be dealt with by someone who brightened up our day

Shopped in store again today Friday 15th March £16.27. Both deliveries came without sales receipts. My points are added in store but not for deliveries. Can you please check for me if points have been added to my card. Thank you.

  19. My husband myself and a friend visited your Carmarthen store today, we decided to have food in your cafe, the young man called Joshua was on the till. I would like to compliment him on his friendly and polite service, not only was he on the till he was also clearing tables and bringing orders out to the tables he’s work ethic I cannot praise enough. I do hope you can pass onto the store what a very lovely young man they have working there which in this day and age is very rare.

  20. Good morning

I have just visited Preston Riversway and enjoyed an excellent breakfast. Jo and her colleagues were welcoming and served up my breakfast with a smile. The food was ‘just like home’, great job. Thank you

  21. ON VISITING MORRISIONS AT CONSETT. I WAS DISGUSTED . THAT I COULD NOT GET A MOBILE CAR FOR MY DISABLED HUSBAND, WHO HAS ADBESTOS OF THE LUNGS AND VERY BAD LEGS. THEY SAID TO ME, SORRY YOU CANT HAVE ONE OR THE KEY AS WE ARE NOT MEMBERS OF MORRISIONS AND WE WOULD HAVE TO FILL IN FORMS. WE WERE NOT ALLOWED. WE FELT AWFUL AND UPSET. SO HE HAD TO STRUGGLE TO GO AROUND THE SHOP.IF YOU DONT BELEIVE ME DO CHECK THE CAMERAS. ON 19-10-18. WE TRAVELED NEARLY 15 MILES. TO GET THERE. NEVER AGAIN.

  22. I visit your store in dumfries a great deal your cost on the entirety of your sustenance is great. your staff are extremely useful siobhan served me today she is a hand-off pleasant and great at her activity

  25. i visit your store in dumfries a lot your price on all your food is very good. your staff are very helpful siobhan served me today she is a relay nice and very good at her job

  26. My husband and I recently spent a week in Ayr and used the Morrisons store in the town centre near the beach whilst we were there. The service that we had from the bakers was outstanding. We loved the pumpernickel rolls and they prepared some for us whatever time we called in. Lorraine from the deli counter also deserves a mention for exceptional customer service. We’ll certainly be calling in to Morrisons in other towns when we’re on our travels in future.

  27. jeffrey taylor

Just had one of your food packs for my wife,s funeral every one was amazed at what we got it was all superb thank you very much jeff.

  28. I visited store number 334 cafe today and spoke to colleague Maralyn Ball about how good her cafe is. It is always clean, the food is good and the service is exemplary. The Penzance store cafe however is diabolical. When i visited yesterday more than 3/4 of the tables were dirty, the food was cold or cold food was warm due to the delay in service. I would be reluctant to visit the Penzance cafe again whilst visiting the Pool/Redruth store (334) is a pleasure

  29. I travel to Morrisons in Devizes Wiltshire every week with my mum. The staff in this store are very friendly especially Jackie and Sue on the shop floor (349), if I can’t find something either one of these ladies will go out of their way to help even if its not their section. Because of this i’m happy to travel the distance as I could easily go to one nearer but would rather stay where i’m comfortable.

  30. Carol mealey

I went into a competition (£350. Voucher) I was asked loads of questions I was disgusted that I had to pay for this competition it didn’t say so at the beginning. Checked my phone bill and it cost me £21. Odd.. what’s contomake money this should be stopped I am disgusted with morrisons getting their customers to enter this way.

  31. I shop at Parkgate Morrisons in Rotherham with my mum and dad, it’s the best Morrisons I’ve ever been to. All the food is lovely and the staff are all helpful at all times but Debbie Hambleton is the best out of all the staff she helps me the most times when I’m stuck on self service or when I’m lost or where I need to go etc. Please go to Parkgate Morrisons in Rotherham it’s great!!!!!

    James Age 9

  32. I visit your store almost every day in Chorlton Manchester, I find the staff their to be in the main very helpful, however I always get exceptional service at the deli counter by the team led by Naomi.

  33. Patrick Robinson

Nope, as bad as ever. Visited on Saturday morning, no cucumber, no light cheese
( Cathedral City or similar,) no fresh mint, no white balsamic vinegar. Potato range minimal, no Charlottes or new potatoes, , I remember Morrison’s claiming “the country’s favourite vegetable supplier”….no, I don’t think so. Shelf edge labels appalling, three different prices for courgettes, which was right? Gave up and bought a cauliflower instead.
In Yeovil, there is a Lidl next door, a Tesco in the middle of town and an ASDA just up the road. Waitrose and Sainsbury’s within fifteen minutes drive. Guys, you have to do better otherwise NO ONE will visit your store! We only went there because it’s next to B&Q and we wanted to buy a lawnmower. Back to ASDA next week!

  34. FOR THE LAST 18 MONTHS I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY OFF COUPONS THROUGH THE POST AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY. I AM A REGULAR SHOPPER AT MORRISONS IN BRENTFORD AND I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY IN THE STORE SO WHERE ARE THE COUPONS. MY FRIENDS RECEIVE ALL THE MONEY OFF COUPONS SO WHAT HAS GONE WRONG. I DID MENTION THIS TO AN ASSISTANT IN THE STORE BUT SHE WAS UNABLE HELP ME AND HEAD OFFICE FOBBED ME OFF AND TOLD ME TO GO ON LINE SO I AM WAITING FOR A REPLY ASAP.

    1. I am absolutely furious with morrisons. My Christmas voucher says l have to spend £170 a week for five weeks. I have never had any coupons for nearly two years. I can never get all my shopping in morrisons so end up in asda every week. It’s time l started getting all my shopping there. I am a widow and my sister and my son use my morrisons card and still can’t spend £170. Poor show all round.

  35. to whom it may concern
Myself and my wife visited your Dunoon store today to do some shopping. When we got to the store we decided to look for a suitable trolley for wheelchair use, the one that we HAD to use was absolutely useless as when I tried to attach it to w/chair it was quite stiff to use as it was rusty. while touring round shop my wife said on a few times that the trolley was hitting her on the legs ,I spoke to the shop Manager who pointed us in the direction of the customer services desk, when I spoke with the ladies on the desk about the problems that we were having ,they could not apologise enough to my wife . The customer Service ladies told us that on numerous occasions that they have asked for replacements none have been forthcoming, I must say that this is sounding a bit like discrimination against people in w/chairs, when our shop was over and we retuned to the car the said trolley caused more problems, couldn’t get the screws that were holding the trolley to the chair off, about 5 people tried to help but in frustration I just hauled the clip off as it was raining and my wife has not to get soaked or cold because of her illnesses. do NOT think for a moment that I blame the store . they can only use what is given to them.if you would like to know more you can contact me on 07919371340 many thanks
I look forward to your solution
    W.Deeney

  36. Sir I visited your Greenock store (No:62001851190086) today as my wife is in hospital recovering from a suspected heart attack, she asked me to get some donuts(12 ring donuts£2)when I asked at the bakery counter for said item I was advised that they were seasonal and shop was not doing them< so I had to be content with 4 packets of (5) donuts which my wife didnt want for herself and the nursing staff.so she was left disheartened .
when I got back to Dunoon I visited your Dunoon branch which is somewhat smaller than your Greenock store and lo and behold I could have got them there ,so it just left me wondering if each store has its own itinery about what is made and what is not in bigger stores. the manager Martin has helped me on many occasions which I find to be very satisfying that I would sayb he is a credit to the Brand of Morrisons .you could do with more of this type of managerial workers.
    yours Willie Deeney.

  37. iF YOU WANT TO BE SERVED IN MORRISONS HULL. YOU ALLWAYS HAVE TO WAIT WHILE THEY FINISH SOMETHING OFF OR FIND SOMETHING TO FINISH OFF. OR JUST HAVE A GOOD OLD CHAT WITH COLLEAGUES. 1 OUT OF 10 FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS STORE.

  38. Unable to complete survey due to incorrect information.
Your site says Morrison Listening ! Very few customers are able to complete
    So somèone isn’t listening !
Come on Morrison’s please sort it out, give us back our hope of being in with a chance of winning something nice !
    Have a good Christmas ! X

  39. just spent £92+ at my local store. Would have been more if milk/almond ice creams.biscuits with peanuts and frozen cabbage ( out of stock 3 weeks } had been available. Not a good performance.

  40. Went to Leamington spa store, to pick up Sunday tea, late afternoon. Been told about lamb shank in gravy in vacuum pack is delicious. Unfortunately was not suitable due to intolerance to wheat. Instead picked Lamb shoulder. Noticed it was reduced was fine using for tea. We I arrived home to discover not only was this product reduced it was out of date by 13th October and today’s date is the 15th October..
As this is Sunday it has gone four o’clock and all stores are shut. I was looking forward to the lamb, as other family members are not Lamb fans and only husband and me.
Having to use the cold meat for tea that was for the sandwiches for the week. Will be returning my out of date product tomorrow, as I dread to think what the outcome would have been, if we had eaten this product. Will be looking for more than just my money back or you will have lost a regular customer.

  41. Rotherham Parkgate store…visited Saturday am. Carole Thom was at the checkout. My mum has gluten intolerance, and Carole noticed I had some gluten free products in my trolley. Carole then gave me an extremely helpful list of where all the gluten free foods were in the store, some of which I didn’t know existed. Her knowledge was excellent, and I felt she went the extra mile for me as a customer. Please encourage and reward Carole for doing a great job !

  42. Phil Hollings

I have just spent £131.02 at my local morrisons in Leek. Using a standard checkout the till receipt is minus the last 25-30 mm of the receipt contains the details that you require to start the survey. Date 27.07.17, time roughly 20:30 so cannot enter the prize draw. The receipt has been chopped short. Poor service.

  43. dennis bailey

Dear sir/madam I would like to complement one of your staff in Canterbury store I have been going to the Canterbury store in a morning and there is one of the café staff called TRACY and she is so friendly and help full and all ways has a smile on her face we have had a lot of health problems but after been in the café we felt a lot better she is a credit to your store . please pass this on to your staff she is brilliant

    thank you

  44. When I went into my local Congleton store I was offended to see at the checkout, buckets for donations for victims of the attacks in London and not Manchester when we are so close to Manchester and have local people who were victims in the Manchester attack. London is the wealthiest part of the country and more than able to support their victims.

  45. Denise from newcastle

I love shopping at morrisons. The fresh fruit always has a good use by date and my family love the fresh backery for fresh buns and now i have my new morrisons more card its even better to shop here everything i need in one store fabulous

  46. Ms Camilla Blackman

I am a pensioner and visited Morrisons Plymouth yesterday. In the ‘Ready Meals’ the delicious beef casserole with dumpling size 250gms had disappeared – only size 400gms there – too big for me! My friend could not find a small carton of cream, or a small packet of beef mince in the butchery (say 250 or 300gms). Pllease please do not ignore the single householder (especially pensioners) and bring back these items!

  47. Patricia Gara

I visited your Corton Wood store yesterday, did my shopping,I had bought a Yorkshire Post paper and I was having lunch in the cafe.
I am sure by now you will have seen page 11 of the YP for yesterday 13th May. Saying you are the worst supermarket in the country. I was outraged and spoke to the Duty Manager (Jamie). And said that if you wanted to you could use me as an example of a very satisfied customer.
I left England at the beginning of 2006 and returned February 2016.When I left your supermarkets were ok but nothing outstanding,on my return what a transformation! Open, well lit, clean stores,a wide range of various foods and wines and spirits and excellent butchery, bakery ,cheese etc. counters. Wide range of household goods.
Your staff are knowledgable and helpful. I could go on but it is not necessary.

The universe for this survey was supposed to be 10,000 and only 153 expressed views on your stores your HQ staff I am sure will challenge the figures and my own experience bears out the good reports which you quote in this article.

Before I left England in 2006 I lived in Suffolk and shopped in Waitrose in Sudbury, you are not quite at that level as yet because you serve a different demographic and you are in the middle of the tricky task of moving upmarket while retaining your core customers in an economically depressed area in a very competitive market, however the BMW/Range Rover/Audi count is quite significant in your car park and you will yet there at your current rate of climbing!

If I may suggest maybe the stores which have not been upgraded form the backbone of this survey hence the comments, you could check.
The comments in this website seem to show that your response site might need an upgrade.

  48. I use 3 Morrisons around the area I live. My favourite is the skipton branch. They are always very helpful and one of the managers Claire Thornber is a very helpful and approachable and kind. It’s a pleasure to shop in the store.

  49. Mrs A.G. Murton, Aberdeen

You do OK in the Aberdeen store on the whole – good value, well presented. NOT the bedding plants – allowed to dry up. I buy them constantly – they just need water. POINTS – I bought 2 items carrying 100 extra points – only one credited (14April) doesn’t the 2nd one count ? Customer services – now rarely manned without traipsing round to Dry Cleaning, get those nice ladies to summon someone, back to Cust.Serv, wait – life’s too short! Clean the heads of the Reduced label printers – the barcodes won’t scan and a 15-digit number in 4-point type has to be deciphered and typed in. The labels are often badly printed so 90p looks like 50, 70 looks like 10. Lots of items in the reduced cabinet NOT reduced. It’s a good store, now sloppily managed. The survey link above goes to an Amazon site that offers trendy junk with huge carriage charges, followed by masses of Spam email. THIS form should be right at the start before all the (out -of date) comments

  50. Very cheerful and smiling greeting from heather at the till after our shop. Don’t like the untrained voices of staff announcements. We don’t need to hear them, particularly in the cafe. Surely some other form of communication could be used. You don’t hear this sort of thing in other supermarkets. Some of the background music is also annoying.. staff most helpful in leading you to items you can’t find yourself. Please make friendly atmosphere your key object – it makes the shopping experience pleasanter. Keep on trying…

  51. Elizabeth Wood

Superb shop everything you need- just the time to view and select all your needs.
I was very impressed with the offers and quailty- very clean and tidy shop- a credit to the Manager and staff. I will definately shop here again.

  52. Such a long-winded process just to send comment about recent visit to local store. Mini complaint: Lurpak spreadable was advertised online at £5 for 1kg. “Not available, sorry” was the response from store staff. Not good enough, as it was before 11:30 a.m.
I cut short shopping trip – waste of journey and time – and finished at Tesco. Checkout and other staff helpful.

  53. I don’t understand the voucher you get when you have payed for your shoping..it say’ How did We Do Today?……chance to win £1,000 it doesn’t say anything about keeping your receipt to enter….I have had a few of these vouchers and always thought Oh yes its just a con…..and have this time decided to give it a go…..that’s how I found out that you need to keep your receipt…that went in the bin a while ago….so looks like back to the drawing board and will have to wait until I receive another voucher…but this time keep my receipt…You should make the rules a bit more clear please…..after reading most of the comments..hope I don’t encounter problems in future..Thanks for Listening.

    1. Oh dear…I just put a comment regarding this !000 comp to…no tells you need to keep your receipt…..how many of us keep our receipts unless specified !!!!!……Lack of communication between Morrisons and the promotions for customers I think.

  54. I have tried to get onto your Morrisons islistening site for most of the afternoon iam told i already have an email account with you so i can only enter when i log in i cant log in because i am now told my email address is incorrect and now my password is incorrect and that a reset email had been sent to me but it hasnt so please dont ask me what i think

  55. I have always found the staff very helpful, what I have always found annoying is that quite often a lower price is put in front of something more expensive I usually notice but how often do people not notice and don’t realise maybe until they’re home and checking their receipt.

  56. Chesterfield branch. My complaint is the petrol pumps. We are persuaded to use our Morrisons card to ‘pay and go’, but half the time the pump does not recognise it and when it does there is either no receipt or a receipt and no points. So the only ‘go’ is to customer Services in store to have them added. A waste of time for everybody.

  57. came today scarborough morrisons//toilets always dirty and no wet floor signs out ,,,wasn’t happy baby room should be spoiltless and wasn’t floor was wet bin was over flowing would be nice if sometimes free nappys are available and wipes just like Tesco do and blue roll to put onto changing mat well tesco

  58. I’ve tried and tried to to get on your survey to win Try and win £1,000 it a con not happy at all
But your shop in Selby is wonderful the staff are all very helpful ,as it’s just nicely been updated. The staff went the extra mile .

  59. I have waisted half an hour trying to get onto your morrisonsislistening site to no avail.
    What a waste of time!

Oh dear. I’ve complained till I’m blue in the face to our local Morrison’s about not having extra tasty fresh spit roasted chickens ready at 7/8 am on sat morning. Their just as confused as me or their not
telling me the trough! So why cant we buy the chickens first thing when your store opens? I’ve shopped there since you built it and could always get chickens when it was 8 am start so what’s the problem? Come on get your act together and have those chicken spit roasted ready for your customers as soon as you open. Thank you.

  61. I love filling in surveys but as so many people have commented the ones we are asked to fill in from morrisons are impossible to get into, why bother printing it on the receipt so frustrating

  62. MARGARET DORAN

FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS I HAVE VISITED YOUR STORE IN NEWTOWN TO PURCHASE BEDDING PLANTS, BUT EACH WEEK THEY ARE OUTSIDE IN THE COLD WITH THEIR LEAVES SHRIVELLING IN THE COLD WIND ALSO DYING FOR LACK OF WATER. I HAVE COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES BUT THE STAFF SAYS THAT’S WHERE THEY’RE TOLD TO PUT THEM.BEDDING PLANTS ARE TENDER UNTIL THE END OF MAY.

  64. my shop in colwyn bay are okay until you have a complaint. i have complained about being overcharged three times , no fault of my own, and the same product. two of the times the manager and deputy manager shouted at me, making a show of me in the shop. promising they would get it corrected for the third time. i have learnt my lesson finally, i will not go in there again. we have tesco, asda, lidl and aldi so no shortage of choice. the staff in these shops especially lidl are brilliant, soooo helpful.

  65. Reading other comments about the difficulty in entering and completing the” wmmorrisonsis listening, co.uk. Exactly my problem todayso I gave it up as a bad job. Finger and pulled out springs to mind. Keith Holford.

  66. Visited the Leek Morrisons, Staffordshire. Saw the wonky potatoes on sale, what a great first, why do cucumbers have to straight and potatoes blemish free. all Potatoes are still potatoes when peeled. Other good offers on sale, dramatic reduction on the fresh bread. Couldn’t find “eccles cakes” on the shop floor, but a bakery assistant , traversed into the fresh bakery area and packed them personally.

  67. spent ages on morrisonlistening site trying to check on the points I should be getting after spending over sixty pounds over the last six weeks at your Hatch End branch, what is happening ?

  68. Same problem…..still a problem with badly trained security guard who did make my shop anything but pleasant. Have now moved to Lidl for most of shop so I suppose the guy has saved me money!
