    5/15/2020 paid $16.76 for lunch did not get what I asked for, I was in the drive through. Doors were locked. I ordered mac cheese, I got mashed potatoes. I ordered slaw did not get any. I will not return to 641 Gravois,Fenton MO.

  2. Kfc in valley Alabama is becoming a joke. This is the 2nd week I’ve ordered the $20 fill up and didn’t get the biscuits!!

  3. I pulled in and went to KFC to day Store #G135255 Ticket # 1377 and a Septic tank was pumping out the Septic tank . I couldn’t hear . The truck was about 10 to 15 feet away from were you ordered .I got my order in and pulled up the smell hit me. It stunk so bad .Three cars later I got my food which by then I had no Appetite.

  4. yes my name is gary I vist the kfc store in Kingsport tenn ive always hd nothin but fine service and the friendly service from the lady who works the window whos name is linda watts which shes usualy the one I get but ive had others who done a great job to but linda is always smiling and very friendly to be standin at a window all day and the food is fine people like linda with a smile and friendly service means a lot ill continue to go their long as I can or food and service is that good thank you

  5. The KFC on kiwanas avenue in Sioux Falls SD, didn’t have any white meat on the buffet, also they bowls for biscuits and chicken or baked beans They don’t have much to
    choose from on the buffet anymore. I don’t know what happened sense the last time we ate there. I don’t think we will ever eat at KFC anymore. You just lost a loyal customer. Thanks for nothing. I wish we would have never eaten there tonight.

  6. My wife and I eat at KFC about 3 times a month, and about half of the time we eat chicken wings for dinner. The last three times that we did so, they were terrible. The first time, we thought that it was just a new cook. The second time we realized they changed the recipe. We both agreed that we would not eat the wings again. We were wondering why you would change a good thing. So I broke down and got 6 wings for lunch today and once again realized why I had originally said what I said. Please change them back to what they used to be. I don’t know what you were thinking. Other people have told me the same thing. I only hope that they also will let you know that so you get back to the original way so that I can eat the wings once again Thank You

    Went to Restaurant # DO9801 ON 9435 FM 1960 RD.TICKET # 3923 ordered the $ 20.00 dollar fillup we waited for it ,thinking it would fresh .there at 7:08 pm got home home 10minutes later ready to eat Come to find out the CKICKEN WAS VERY VERY DRY If it wasn’t for the sides if would have been a total loss.VERY DISSAPOINTED Ray

  8. Went through the drive thru and got a 20 dollar fill up. Drove 20 miles home. We were shorted chicken. I called and the so called mgr. said what is your name? I told her and I even spelled the last name. She said could your repeat that. I said just forget it and hung up. She was just going to leave 2 wings at the window. We are always shorted something or over charged. This is at 501 Gordonsville Hwy. in Gordonsville, TN. #J795010. I said how hard is it to put 8 pieces of chicken in a bucket? I love KFC but my biggest complaint is where the heck do they get their chicken? It keeps getting smaller and smaller. I think it is as tiny as a pigeon. The wings are always fried too crispy because the chicken is so small. I even had a tail on my thigh. Get some real potatoes, instant sucks. This was Sept. 22, 2019. Why do we keep going back when nothing changes. KFC doesn’t care because no one responds to our complaints and we just go back. It has to get better, NOT! My order was #1779 and all I did was drive 20 miles home and the mgr. said she couldn’t go back that far. I was just there!!!

  9. I visited KFC in South Paris Maine today, like I do twice a week for the past 2 years. Today my senior discount was denied by manager April. She stated my order was considered a special order and not eligible for a discount. I have always received the discount for the past 2 years. When I questioned her more about the reason, she became very standoffish and proceeded to wait on drive thru customers and kept me waiting a long time for my order. It’s not just the $1.00 discount that upsets me, but the way a manager would treat a loyal customer. From now on when we go out for lunch, this KFC will be my last choice instead of my first. and just so you know, our cookies were extremely stale

  10. The store that I go to is on Warm Springs and Stephanie. Twice in a month a friend and I ordered a 3 piece combo. Both times we didn’t receive a cookie or utensils . The second time I want coleslaw instead I got mashed potatoes.
    Since both times we where going to see a play at Bonnie Springs Ranch. Which is an hour away we could not go back. I will not return to that KFC again.
    I may go to another store but this is closer to my home.

  11. I went to KFC on Sept. 9, 2019. I got a three piece combo and as always it was great. The order was correct, food very fresh and the cashier was very polite. I go there a lot but this is the first time i have done Survey.

    yesterday,2019-08-10 4:35pm rest.#g135633 720 Old San Antonio Rd. Buda, Tx. I ordered 2 combos $12.78 +$1.05 tax =$13.83 I didn’t want the drinks and ask if I could have 1 serving of Gvy. I payed for the combos which include drinks didn’t take them which was okay the mang. was rude I would have to pay extra. one emp.went ahead and gave me half of a serving. I’m 73 years I’ve have been coming to this location for 9yrs.

    So I called the KFC on K and 10th St West which is a non corporate KFC in Lancaster Ca #E791063 to see what time they close and to see if they take phone orders the person on the phone said the drive thru was open till 12:00 so I drive there and ordered a 20 piece hot wing and the Mgr.told me that the fryer was closed and I could not complete my order. So my complaint is she should have told me that on the phone when I called.Not a happy customer at this point.So my thing is what is the purpose of staying open till midnight if you are going to close your fryer at 11:30 and not have food ready for your customers. Not a happy customer………….

    My husband and I went to KFC in Oxford, NC on the 26th for dinner. We go 1-5 x a month. And I don’t like chicken. I however, drink, diet MOUNTAIN DEW. Apparently, you don’t have this product any longer. Everything else was fine but if I can’t get the diet drink of my choice andI do not like diet Pepsi, you will see less of us.

    I did not get everything I ordered, I was shorted 2 pieces of white meat in my 8 piece bucket, I was shorted 2 extra chicken breasts, and 2 biscuits. I was charged for all of these items. My first bill came to a whopping $33.00, and I was missing 6 items, then I was charged an extra $7.50 for the 2 extra pieces I did not receive. Please do not ignore me, I would like my bill of $40.75. I paid that much for: 6 PIECES OF CHICKEN, 4 BISCUITS, 1 MASHED POTATOES AND 1 COLESLAW. That is absolutely ridiculous. I WILL CONTINUE TO SEND MY COMPLAINT TO YOUR COMPANY UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED. THANK YOU.

    Stopped by for a to go meal. Two other people were already waiting for their meals and the drive thru was busy. Andre greeted me and let me know someone would be taking my order. Andre was working the line preparing meals for guests. Andre was encouraging with his words to his fellow team members, but not condescending. He let the other line members know he was helping and how he was helping. As guests meals were handed over the counter Andre offered an apology for the wait and thanked the customers for their patience. Andre made eye contact with the KFC guests. Andre is an exciting example of working as a TEAM.

    Thanks Andre for the outstanding, over the top service.

  24. I called three times and left number and did not receive a call. I wanted to report about my order experience so the next customer would receive better service. I had trouble placing order. There were two of us ordering for one bill but my card had to run twice. Both orders were wrong. I thought it was whoever put it together made the mistake but when she handed me my order asking if I wanted sauce and I answered I later realized she knew it was wrong.

    Kept trying to complete your survey but although it started in English, it kept switching to Spanish. I was only able to put in the code and date, then it said unable to complete. After that I was no longer thinking nice thoughts about KFC. We are big fans but your survey sucks.
    How sad that with all the negative comments there was no response from the company, just a “sorry for your bad experience “would have been nice. Sounds like KFC just doesn’t give a hoot about their customers.zion illinois has great food and good service.

    Went to KFC at 6901 South Broadway in Tyler, Texas at 6:15 on on Saturday June 01. Was very disappointed. The biscuits and the cinnabon biscuits were as hard as a rock.

  27. Was charged $31.53 for the order that was completely wrong. I was shortened on every item that was ordered, yet I was assured that everything I ordered was in the bag. When I got home, to my utter surprise it was not the order I had placed. To make matters worse when I called the restaurant I was hung up on twice. Would I go back to the restaurant again? Think not. Would I recommend this establishment to anyone? Think not.
    Very disappointed in both the food and service.

  28. , My husband and I were traveling back from N.C. and stopped at Store#E960022 I Darrien Ga. on Hwy 251 when we stopped for a meal Service was great , Employees were friendly, After we left and drove another 60 miles my husband realized he did not have his wallet, Lucky I kept the receipt I called this KFC to see if he had left it there the manager Julie asked his name and she told me that a man turned it in and they were trying to find our phone on facebook and they would pass the info to next manager because it would be an hour or so before we got there. When we got the wallet back it had the 300 dollars in it and all of his credit cards. We were very appreciate ve of their efforts to try and locate us. We would like to thank them again for the way they handled this.

    I came in today on April 25th. at 2:30 p.m. I ordered the $25 fill up box , and a extra side for $1.00 . As I got home , I noticed on my receipt . I was charged $3.00 for a extra side and I did not receive my biscuits. This is not the first time this has happened . I wanted to bring g it to your attention , so this will not happen again . Thank you.

  30. The food in my $5.00 fillup was great as usual. And I was very pleased at the response I received today when I asked if KFC gave senior discounts. I have asked several times and was always told no before, but either you have changed your policy or the people helping didn’t want to deal with it. Also, everything came in my order this time, last week they left out the cookie.
    Sasha was very nice and polite and helpful in getting my Senior discount.

    I ordered, (2) $5 fill ups. While I had to wait 15 or minutes to complete my order. Your cashier was the giving his best service. My chicken (wings) in boxes was fried to hard and very dry. I didn’t received my chocolate chips cookies in either box. While, I understand this may have been the most busiest time to get lunch. They should have had more front counter service.

    As, this being part of my neighborhood restaurant. I’m very disappoint in the quality of service we get at this location. I will take my business elsewhere.

  32. I didn’t get what I asked for call and talk to the manager and he had an attitude. I told him I asked a breast and wing he told I got what I paid for. I drove 25 miles from kfc and he told me wasn’t anything he can do about it. The store I was at is 203 Ridge way Flowood .     I believe that the quality and taste of the food is not the only part of the meal that is important. I believe that the atmosphere and the people are just as important if not more so. I’m a firm believer that if something is wrong or substandard then the management needs to know about it. It is equally important that if something is right, they need to know that as well. With that thought in mind, I would like to commend the man who greeted me and took my order today. His name is Alonza Freeman, he is at store # K365005 located in Hixson, Tn. This man is a credit to his restaurant and should be commended. He was professional and yet was not stuffy. He was very personable and made my experience joyful.

    Decided to go to KFC for Chicken this evening. I walked in at about 5:50 pm on a Sunday Night. Tried to Oder the Meal with a Breast, and the kid checked and said they were all out. If I wanted to wait they would cook some. So I changed my mind and bought a 3 Piece ( Thigh & 2 Legs). I also order a second side of Cole Slaw (which we think is the Best) and 1 extra Biscuit. Also I would like to mention not one person was in the establishment. We took the order home and the chicken was very saugy and not very tasty at all. We were very disappointed in our order. Not quite sure what the problem was, but the meal was not good at all.

I tried to call the store to talk to them over 10 times but the phone sounded like it went to a fax machine instead of being answered . the store was in wynne AR PH # 870-238-9111 . taco bell KFC together.   36. I went to the restaurant on Western Ave. in Chillicothe, OH. Unusually slow, bad service last night (March 24th, at 7:30 p.m./ No forks, no mapkins, and a 25 minute wait in the drive thru. Also, today I tried to take the survey to get a free chicken sandwich with order of a drink and it said “Expired, could not take the survey”. What a bunch of crap! Don’t put things on receipts if it is a lie!

  37. just visited the KFC on Robinson Street in Binghamton ny #K273011 When I got home we were missing the 2 cole slaws. 4.00. I have had problems with this store before. Don’t know why I keep going back except that it is very convenient to my home. Just want to let you know that I am not happy that I pay for something and don’t receive it.

      Same thing happened to me. Charged me for coleslaw $4.00 that was not included in the order. Gave me all legs instead of thighs and legs. Called the restaurant twice to complain and was hung up on twice.
      Never going back to that establishment.

    I went to the KFC Restaurant #G135449 on yesterday, March 21, 2019. I purchased the $20.00 – 8 piece chicken meal. It was AWFUL. The chicken was old and dried out. I had every intention on checking my order before I left, because this wasn’t the first time this has happened, but I got a phone call and it went off my mind. I was tempted to take it back but, I had changed into my pajamas before I prepared to eat. This needs to be rectified. After a certain time if the chicken has been on the warmer it needs to be discarded and not sold!

    Sunday afternoon, March 17, the KFC Buffet on main street, Anderson SC. We went to buffet for a Sunday dinner. One young lady took our order, and unfortunately we paid before looking at buffet. (THERE WAS ALMOST NOTHING ON THE BUFFET AND WHAT WAS THERE WAS OLD AND DRIED OUT). When I went to counter to request some chicken the girl had disappeared and no one was there. A guy came in and said I guess they all are in the crowd outside smoking. A few minutes later we saw seven employees at back of store but no one ever filled the buffet and we ate some veggies with no chicken or desserts. Needless to say we will not go there ever again.

  41. I’ll admit I haven’t been to KFC/LJS for quite some time and now I’m thinking I may never return. I ordered an L6 wanting some fish, but also a couple of chicken planks. I’ve always liked the chicken planks on their own – no sauce needed. Today I took a bite out of what can only be described as tasteless rubber. Completely inedible. The fish was ok. If you’ve changed your chicken plank recipe it wasn’t for the better. This meal cost almost twice what I am usually willing to pay for a quick meal when I’m on the go. Definitely not worth the money, especially since 2/3 of it ended up in the trash

  42. went to kfc by me to get 2 chicken liyyles for $3.00 as advertised in newspaper today and was told it doesn’t start till tomorrow. nowhere on flyer does it say starts tomorrow. people in front of me used coupon from flyer and got it. they said only way to get refund is to bring food back. what am I supposed to do go home and throw it up? I won’t go back there till hell has icecubes

I just went to the KFC by my house in arvada for the 2 chicken littles for $3.oo and was told it doesn’t start till tomorrow. people in front of me used a coupon from same flyer (in the newspaper) and got it nowhere on the flyer does it say it doesn’t start till tomorrow . The sandwiches weren’t good enough to pay full price. It will be a cold day in hell before we go back and we went there a lot. wouldn’t let me take survey. you need to fix a lot of things in your places before you lose all your customers you lost us unless they get icecubes in hell

  46. 1-3-2019 I ordered an 8 piece crispy chicken and 8 biscuits. The chicken crust was almost black and the biscuits were like hockey pucks. I thought since we got a new KFC in Rincon GA maybe the food would be better. So I tried it one more time. No more KFC for my family $20. thrown in the garbage.

I am afraid that you folks have a training problem. I make it a point to eat there once a year just to remind me why I don’t do business with you more often.

    I have visited this location on and off for the last 11 years, and have seen it have the ups and downs . Today was a good experience ( LYDIAP ) was my server and made the visit worth the trip . In the past I have experienced the inconsistence of service and product a problem ( not so today ) keep up the effort .

  50. I ordered 2 chicken and waffle meals. We was asked what we wanted in our meal. We chose a breast and a thigh along with 2 waffles for both meals. When we get to the window they handed us the bag. inside the bag was just one meal instead of two. We told the cashier we had ordered 2 meals and she leaves the window to retrieve our other meal and while doing so there was a female hollering from the kitchen just as the window was closing saying ” oooh he’s kinda cute. ” referring to my boyfriend who was driving. We then get our second meal and we drive off.we get it home and inside each container was one chicken breast and one chicken LEG and ONE waffel. As I stated before we ordered 1 breast 1 THIGH and 2 WAFFLES for each meal and the food was luke warm we had to stick it in the microwave for a bit to warm them up. As I was looking at the receipt I realize the cashier had rang the order up wrong. I was very excited to try the new chicken and waffles meal and I was highly dissappointed. We normally don’t eat at KFC because of issues we’ve had in the past with this restaurant. I really wanted to give it another chance and yet again i was left feeling very unsatisfied i never have complain before to this company no matter how many times they have messed up my order but this time I’m just tired of the same mistakes i pay for the food i want Not for what the employees decide they want to give me. If the employees paid more attention to their screens,orders, and customers rather than boyfriend shopping through the drive thru window the service may be better and no one would have to.make complaints or give bad surveys.

  51. I was at the KFC in Morganton, NC and left my wallet in the restroom. The 2 managers Dereck Werhan and Kim Radford were exceptionally nice and helpful. I went back 5 days later to see if they had found my wallet, and I could not have asked for anyone to be more helpful. Dereck got Kim on the phone, and Kim had taken my wallet home to box up and mail to me. She had spent the time to go on line and try to find me. She gave me her address, and I went to her house to get my wallet. Praises go to Kim, and I will be eternally grate to her Someone that honest and willing to help someone will have a special place in this world and the next.

  52. At store #3964 there is a manager by the name of Belinda, who disfused an attitude that a customer tried to repeatedly maintain with her. She continued to try to satisfy his request for fries twice. Once, saying something was wrong with them, then, saying second time to replace them. Mind you he held four other customers up with this. The manager asked him what he wanted and how she could make it right, (3) times and he continued to complain. She maintained her professionalism and great customer service skills. The store was busy, but clean and another young man stepped from behind the window service cooking area to aide the cashier with an extreme manner of assistance throughout all of the kaos! I can’t give them a raise, or promote them. But My family would appreciate it if they would be rewarded for outstanding service. I have worked and managed a restaurant for a short total of 6 yrs. and understand what it means to keep your crew encouraged. The result is professionalism at its best, and customer service at its best.

    Broomfield Co location and the manager was very rude!!
    i was in the drive up and they had an item on the board at a certain price and he said tehy didnt have such a thing and it was more expensive than what was stated on the board, i asked him to please come out and look for himself and he became very agitated with me and said “either order or just leave”!
    this location the service is always very slow and orders tend to always have errors.
    came back next day went inside repeated 3-4 times teh type of chicken i wanted when i got home it was not what i wanted.
    I like your product but this location needs help and manager replaced!!

  54. Today was the second time the cashier gave me the wrong change. The first time she corrected herself and apologized. But today she argued and accused me of giving her the wrong amount. I couldn’t believe her audacity and her incompetence and so armed in proving me wrong. I am the customer and the customer is always right. I know exactly how much I gave her, the fact is that she fumbled, didn’t double check and she was rushing trying to do too many things at once. It really infuriated me the poor attitude and lack of customer service this employee displayed…so much to the point…..they have lost a customer and will not return.

  55. As a lifelong fan of KFC chicken livers I was disappointed to learn after a 28 minute wait my order still ad not been prepared. I received a cash refund (at my request) waited 4 more minutes for the rest of my order (12 piece meal with sides) and left with my request to speak with a manger unfulfilled. This is the third time I have gotten poor service at store #G103005, 6620 S Scatterfield Road Anderson IN. I will not be returning to this or any other KFC.

The KFC I visited certainly gets a thumb down from me I ordered crispy chicken got regular chicken skin full of flour it was so gross and nasty looi I had no choice but to throw it in the trash exactly what it was I wouldn’t never had enough nerve to sell to any human being it’s ashame that anyone would serve that garbage to any customer I’m never going back

  57. We are lunch at KFC HIghway 165 South Monroe, LA. We did not receive a receit. The air conditioning was out in the kitchen. Tolerable at the tables. Every table was covered with crumbs and sprayed with cleaner, but not wiped down. Nasty. We found a roach on the floor under our table devouring the food on the floor. The slaw was not good, so I asked for fries. Was told they had no ketchup. Would have asked for money back and left if we had not been in a hurry. This KFC needs some attention or to be closed. Colonel Sanders would not be happy with this restaurant.

    I was in the Mt. Sterling Ky KFC yesterday and was not pleased to see they no longer have a buffet style lunch, bad mistake because there is a Lee’s famous recipe across that does. KFC there was a total of 7 people in the store and Lee’s was packed.

    Code f2750170602183512 Rest.#F275017 site will not allow response..but need to say Belinda was so busy in social conversation with other employees that she could not pay attention to take our order…employees were loud and goofing around with one another instead of attending to business….. .I’d say supervisor required!!…all tables dirty and needing to be wiped as well as the window ledges and the windows…seats in booths need to be replaced..large rips…some taped and stuffing still protruding….music was loud and not appropriate for clientele…food was good… with very unenjoyable atmosphere

  62. First of all I could not take the survey because I didn’t get a receipt. Wait at the store in Henderson ,Kentucky for about 10 minutes to place order. Got to the window and paid for order and received our water that we had ordered. We drank our drinks and were still waiting for food. My son went in the store to replenish his water–a girl came to the window and said “oh that’s the man that was in your car, I’m sorry I have it now”. My son came out of the store with the order of food. But we ordered two chicken tender baskets and a Chicken Little Nashville. The order was wrong. We got the baskets but his order was some kind of South chicken strip thing. Service was beyond poor. What ever happened to common courtesy. Do not know but I will be frying my own chicken It will take longer but I won’t have to put up with a bunch of crap just to eat it.

    I ordered 12 piece hot wing and waited 15 minutes and the cashier had to remind the lady that wad fixing orders that I’m waiting the told her she didn’t know I was waiting hot wings and then me I had to wait another 15 minutes I said just give me my money because can’t wait no longer. Point is I shouldn’t have to wait that long for my order which came to $27.25. I will never go there again. Dissatisfied Customer

    I could not do the survey. But I will let you know the store was on 930 E. County road E the chicken was so greasy I couldn’t eat it . First I wanted extra crispy wouldn’t be ready for eight minutes. It was 11:28am . Also a friend of mine was there for lunch came to the table said his chicken was terrible to. Ask for manager came seemed to care less. Sorry but you want good KFC go to west saint Paul on Robert street best KFC .

    1. restaurant j433008 Wooster ohio been to this store 3 times in the last 10 days my first time at the store .there was 3 people ahead of me .ever one of them had missing food . and they had to ask for the wright food they order . when my turn came i told the person what i wanted .and they got my order wrong .then they gave me the missing food .the 2nd time no one was on the counter i waited 5 mins befor some one took my order and again they got it wrong and had to redo my order today march 27 2018 i went to the store no one was on the counter 5 mins went by i saw the two people in the back talking to each other and looking at me 3 mins went by be for the person talking came to wait on me i told her what i wanted when my order came it was all wrong . this store needs to hire people that can read .theres a lack of order . its like no one cares what the order sheet says they just put any kind of food on a tray to get the order done . also they spend more time talking to each other in the back .and are very slow at getting the orders out .all i can see wrong with this store is a lack of leader ship. i am not hard to please but this store is in need of leader ship they need to get there act together i wont ever go back tired of the bad service

    I visited KFC on March 4 2018. I was very disappointed in my order. I used the $16.00 coupon and when I got home I found the eight pieces consisting of l breast, l drumstick, 1 other piece and 5 very small pieces that looked like they came from a baby chick. All had more coating on them then I have ever seen before. The amount of meat was minimal. More breading than meat. Never had this experience before and not sure I want to waste my money again. the cashier named Huston was as nice as can be. Too bad you have downsided the size of your chicken pieces.

  69. Receipt #3258, Store #J575046 at 19:04 on March 5, 2018 – Did not get proper receipt. My order was missing chicken – I returned to the store to complain and was given an improper receipt with little information on it. I did receive my chicken but things changed when I said that I was going t complain, A Family of four waited over 10 minutes (during my initial visit) to get waited on – they did not get waited on as the employees were all behind the prep station. I would think that KFC is really trying to kill their business. The customer service is VERY POOR in a few KFC’s in Nashville, TN. I NEVER GET MY ORDER CORRECT THE FIRST TIME!!! KFC SHOULD HAVE SECRET SHOPPERS VISITIN STRES TO CORRECT THIS BUSINESS KILLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worse service I’ve ever received, I went in the drive through at the KFC in Buena Park ordered my food had to wait for more than 30 minutes in line with only 2 cars ahead of me once I get to the window they did not even have my order in the system I had to re order through the window and then still have to wait another 15 minutes just to get my food and drinks, then the guy taking my order was saying how sleepy he was!!! just baddddd!!!

    I took my recript to a different kfc than the one where i initially purchased the go cup, and the cashier said something was wrong with the validation code #092524. She was ver, very rude and wouldnt accept my order. Do i have yo take the receipt back to the first store? I should be able to use the validation code at any kfc location.

  75. I just completed the survey and was given a validation code. the receipt says i can take this back to the KFC i recently visited to redeem. This KFC is 30 miles away from as i was passing thru the area.

    Can i redeem at a KFC in my area?

  76. I am going to talk to Mrs. Cinthya at KFC on State line in Texarkana Arkansas on North State line. They say they welcome school kids and retired people! But when the kids ( young black ladies) go in to work in stead of stealing , it is steal a problem! I am trying to reach out to cooperate! It is a problem when a 30 some year old wants to physically clock out and on jump on a , now 17 year old child , and it first started when my child was16 , because she thinks it’s ok, and the manager thinks it ok!!!! So I will be calling the police up there tomorrow!!! The team member thinks she is the manager and can tell the manager who should get hours and who shouldn’t get hours!!! You guys should really step in!!! This jackie person has threatened my child, now, twice and I guess the manager think it is funny.I will try and contact cooperate tomorrow . Thank you! 12/13/16
