This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Krispy Kreme.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

  4. Select the time of your visit, printed on the top of the receipt
  5. Click the “Start” button to begin the short survey
  6. Answer each question honestly, based on your experience there
  7. Upon completion, you will receive specific instructions on how to redeem your discount

  1. I like one of your doughnut which it has a mango ontop but forgot the name we usually go to Tiendesitas branch but dont have. I dont know if its limited only. I hope you can lessen the glazed on top and hoping you can match some of the doughnuts from jco not too glazed. 😊

      2. They are giving a separate receipt for the survey with the 16 digits. The 18 digit is the control number of the cash register receipt. You might have overlooked this piece of paper as it is independent from actual sales receipt transaction.

  3. I’m really confused about the Buy one dozen dignuts and receive one dozen glazed free. There is no place to enter the 16 numbers. Which my receipt only has 15 numbers. I think this is a hoax to get people to do the surveys. I really don’t like to do surveys. Good doughnuts. Horrible web page

  4. I tried to do the survey but my receipt does not have the 16 digit code to begin the survey. it has 18 digits code on my receipt.
