  1. I want to do your survey but do not understand why I need another facebook account. Anyway, I usually go to your local restaurant once every two weeks. Today, I was looking forward to it. When I brought my meal home. Opened coleslaw, the first thing that greeted me was a long, dark hair. I ordered double coleslaw, I was so disgusted that l lost my appetite. I have tried calling the restaurant numerous times to no avail. No one is answering the phone. This hair was mixed in with the slaw and came up on both sides of the container. Surely someone had to have seen that! In this time where everyone needs to be careful and be more aware of themselves and of others, this is not acceptable. Needless to say, I threw away my meal, not knowing the cleanliness of the individuals serving. I hope you will address this so it does not happen again. Thank you. 3121 Sherwood Way.   2. So, I go to Long John Silvers on a regular basis. A couple weeks ago I decided to take advantage of you free 1 pc of fish and fries offer. Go through the survey and get my code of 49776 back. I go today to LJS, store 70155 and they tell me you no-longer honor these due to lack of public participation. I go ahead and spend another $8.50 while I’m there and notice you still have the offer on the back of your receipts. To me, this is definitely false advertisement as well as a huge waste of my time filling your survey out….. Just thought I would give my two cents.

    My wife and I visited the Long Johns Silver location in Shamokin Dam, PA yesterday. We have had mostly satisfactory experiences in the past at this location although yesterday was not one of them. The young woman(girl) who waited on us at the counter was neither friendly nor courteous with our questions about our meal choices. My wife asked if a drink was included in the price. Her answer was, “It doesn’t say that on the menu”.
    And the meal itself was not up to your usual LJS standards. We ordered a combo meal with chicken, fish and shrimp and the coating on all three was very greasy. And the fries were “

  4. The food and people are great at South Point, Ohio location. Every time I have been there it has been a great experience.

  5. My husband always liked LJS so we ordered take home at least once or twice a month. Never again. We have noticed the building (location #07073) looks like it could begin falling apart soon, and often we began to notice the taste of old grease. This week we ate the food, but it made us both sick. Also, I have a question. Do all your restaurants cook all the food in the same pot?

    I went to this Long John Silver. I ordered the popcorn shrimp basket.
    When I opened the box, all I had was 9 small popcorn shrimp. And I was looking forward to a nice dinner. I was not very happy. Thanks for your time.

    Hello ,my name is Jennifer Tolley and I am the Day Site Leader for JCDC in Millwood ,WV. We work with young adults with special needs , they attend our dayhab program Monday thru Friday. On 3 – 15 -19 , our clients and staff went to Long Johns in Ripley , WV for lunch. The service and the food were excellent . Everyone had a great time so we will doing this outing again . Thanks to Belinda and her crew for making it an enjoyable afternoon.

I went to one of your stores.2101 nw 122.at 6;00pm on Oct 17 2017.This guy took my order with a cast on his hand.That was fine.Look down he had blood on his hand went to fix my food.O But NO.I said where is your gloves they don’t make me wear one.REALLY.I don’t won’t that I won’t my money back just nasty.Didn”t get my money back.$17.24

I went to the south Williamson store today at 6.19pm I got a #10 my fries,and hush puppy was hard and very old,my fish was old to but eatable.they didn’t give me a receipt.I feed my meal to my dogs,because it was not eat able.call the store no answer.i think they knew what they was doing or y didn’t they give me a receipt.I will not go back there.

  10. I went to Long John Silvers yesterday around 6 PM in Shepherdsville, Ky. The server at the window was so sweet, but I got home with my fish sandwich meal and something crunchy was on my fish sandwich half way through. In other words I ate about half of it. I looked at the sandwich with food still in my mouth then I realized it was in my mouth. So I spit it out & it was shrimp. Oh my goodness, I’m so allergic to shrimp, Praise God I didn’t swallow it, but I got a headache & indigestion. I feel blessed I didn’t have to go to the hospital. Not expecting that at all. I will not return because of that problem. Sorry to say. I will have to cook my own fish from now on.

I went to long johns in middletown Ohio order my food spent like 30 dollars go home and half the food was missing I tryed to call the phone rang busy all night and it’s 4pm today and was still ringing busy so I go there the manger was very rude said I was lying the phone was working so I called it rang busy he said I can’t give you a refund or nothing gave me corn and green beans ask for corporate number he refuse to give it to me when you have a large family and one of your children are special needs and only a few people are able to watch him it makes it hard to get back out like I tryed to tell him but no he was not even wanting to here it I will never be there again and I’m telling my family and friends not to go there how can you treat people that way he made me fill like I did not matter well they should have a number posted for the public so people can call and leave message or talk to someone like I don’t matter or my family don’t matter rude

  12. i went to ljs in brazil in yesterday and really got mad after i order a fish and more and a chicken and more it took 30 minutes to get to the window and after i paid it took 14 minutes to get the food and they had only one car in the parking lot and she apologize being slow because they were so busey and they really should move there pick up window the floor had so much food scattered on it i almost left

  13. I had a good experience at ljs in mentor Ohio haven’t been there in a while got to go order people were polite had to wait a minute for order but was worth it food was good nice n hot will be back !!!

  14. The 1 on Alexis Rd in Toledo Oh is beyond slow and disrespectful. We waited over 25 minutes in the sun, only to ne told”so what either wait or leave. “Its totally unprofessional, and should be looked into.

  15. I do not have a receipt of my visit today. The manager refused to give it back when I asked for a refund after sitting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. I am sorry that I became angry but feel that manager handled my situation and the rest of the customers in an uncaring manner. When I parked my car and came inside, there were customers waiting inside for their orders, too. Seems that food was not being provided in timely manner to dining room and drive thru customers. I love LJS and usually eat in the dining room at KFC/LJS on Hanes Mall Blvd. in Winston Salem, NC 27103. My receipt time was 6:17pm.

    I ordered a 1 piece chicken w/fries $ 1.99 -also added a piece of fish $1.59 and order of onion rings $1.59. I took it to go and got home , very bad meal-everything was to crispy and cold also onion rings were so small and fried too crispy. The fish and chicken I believed had sat to long, they should not had serve after setting awhile. I may give it a second chance-but will tell them I’m checking order before I leave to see if everything is hot and not over cooked.

  17. I went to LJS today and ordered 3 meals with 2 sides with each of the meals I ordered, I ordered French fries and hush puppies as the sides with 1 meal but instead of the french fries I received coleslaw instead. The person the order was for was disappointed with there order.

    i enjoyed my experience at long john silvers store31174 excellent bunch of employees , i got my food in 6 minutes at my table . i want to thank them all, i will definately be back there i am known as smilin john . hot food imediately if thats what you want, then here is where you should go.
