    The numbers on the top of my receipt were too many.
    I shopped at the Wilton CT Store (1174) and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.
    The cashier was extremely pleasant and helpful. My entire experience was enjoyable. I would rate the store the best number possible. Everything was very well organized.

They help because they want to, they find joy in being kind, and making others happy it’s the first thing on their mind. They make this world a better place by practice the art of reaching out to others and by giving from the heart Tammy, Corey, Sean, and Jamie has been the most helpful every time I walk into Michaels. I’m working on a large Project it requires many people helping me putting table settings together for 30 tables so you can imagine how often I’m in your store. I adore these workers. I mentioned because they have been the most helpful and they recognise me and acknowledge me every time . I was in business for 22 years and I can honestly tell you this survey is important for your workers to understand how wonderful they truly are hopefully they’re appreciated and maybe you should give them all a raise, Rochelle a Oteri

    It just took forever to do this stupid survey and I don’t want anybody to have any of my information. Just so I could get a 25% off coupon? Then I finish the whole dam thing and I hit finish and there is no the 22 digit code for me to write on the receipt. I’m not doing this again give me a code.

  6. Someone needs to change the survey code blanks. It calls for the 22 digit code; the one on my receipt is 33 digits long.
    However, I placed an order today for a custom frame. Your sales person for the Aaron Brothers Custome Framing was Dante. He was extremely patient and very helpful. My finished product is going to be even better than I had envisioned because of his ideas. He even helped me find another standard frame I needed. If he’s up for a promotion and raise soon, it will be well worth it. He is the reason I would return to Michaels again.

  11. I went to Michaels yesterday looking for some artificial greens and found exactly what I wanted right away. The price was very reasonable too. I had gone to three other stores looking for the same kind of thing and couldn’t find anything close to what Iwanted – and the price was much higher. I love shopping at Michaels.

Visited Michaels in Hagerstown, MD to purchase a Christmas tree and Rachel was so helpful, had spoken to her the day before and explained that I had broken my leg and would need someone to carry tree to my car for me and she said “no problem.” Purchased tree and she carried to my car for me. Really nice to shop and have a very helpful person assist you.

Coming right out Weight Watchers (after loosing 1.5 p Ina week, while on vacation), watching my 12 year old grandson, KYLE, play Little League ALL STARS for Midway. They won the tournament by the way. I stopped into Michaels to buy a large flag for the 4t of July. Elizabeth was my cashier and she couldn’t have been nicer or kinder. Elizabeth was very friendly, efficient and had excellent customer service skills. She helped me look for an item I couldn’t fine. I always shop at this Michaels store and will look for Elizabeth in the future. Thank you!!

  15. Visited a Michaels store for the 1st time in Greenville NC while with family, since I am from out of town. I just wanted to share that my experience was wonderful and pleasant. The sales floor clerk was helpful and friendly and even when she wasn’t sure if there was an item in the store we were looking for she called for the store manager for the answer and the Store Manager was extremely nice and came over to where we were and shared her advice on the items that deal with the Cricut as we were trying to decide on one device over another and her honesty and inside advice was wonderful. I have the upmost respect for the employees and most of all Wendy, the Store Manager who went out of her way to ensure we would be happy with our choice. We love the cricut and I am very glad she shared her opinion. Thank You Wendy and Michaels of Greenville NC you are Great.

  18. Our Michaels Visit today was excellent! When we were waiting for our turn to purchase our items, Gayle the cashier greeted us with the biggest friendly smile.
    She asked “if we’ve gotten the help and found what we needed?” She also informed us of the savings and coupons we could use on our next visit as well. I had a excellent experience t Michaels on 11/11/16 and wanted to answer the survey but it was talking about cookies I’m not good on the computer but my code number is30081-11116-11590-09318-07 the greetings were pleasant and a guy named Brandon was beyond nice and helpful after I was in line the store was busy and the cashier was so helpful at getting my senior discount and my coupon I was really pleased and wanted you guys to hear from a very satisfied customer.   22. First time in that store as I am out of state. Store personnel were very helpful and answered several questions for me even before I asked about the jewelry class which she highly encouraged me to check out when I get back home. Even your customers were very friendly and helpful.
