I recently bought a meal at your restaurant, and my hands were somewhat weak in cupping the drink and carrying the short paper bag with the meal (basically for me it was difficult to clutch both items). I asked for one of the drink bag to bag the drink to prevent it from falling, spilling or numbing my hands due to the coldness and the distance I I had to travel with them and for the first time I am being told that once you buy one drink you cannot get a drink bag – so I asked how can you get one & I was told you have to purchase one for $20 – was going to purchase one, only to be told I should give the money to the person serving me (that means it was not going to be cashed – yeah I’m technical person, I what I felt was darn is Popeyes scamming me). Are you saying the bags aren’t included in the price of the meal and that I cannot get one back to carry one drink – suppose I have carpal tunnel syndrome or I was disabled in my hands, Papeyes is saying that I can’t get a bag to carry my drink….Hmmm… you know that piss and turn me off from going there again.

  2. Most of the time enjoy good service and good products. However, near closing times the service is
    finished and the products offered are of poor quality (not fresh/compromised). Employees seem anxious to close.
