Zaxby's is currently inviting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. An invitation to the survey is currently being printed on select receipts.

This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Zaxby's.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

  1. Survey is saying entry code is invalid. Didn’t get Zaxby’s sauce nor was it on the nibbler sandwiches. Got back in drive through and waited again and attendant at last window was rude saying the nibblers meal doesn’t come with Zaxby’s sauce…it is put on the sandwich. Which I then told her they didn’t. She handed me some reluctantly and with no apology like I was lying. (Like I really wanted to get back in the long drive thru line?   2. I have ate at Zaxby’s a lot but tonight I was very disappointed in the food I was served. I ordered the TLC filet sandwich meal and the chicken was so hard and tough I couldn’t hardly chew it. I should have took it back but I didn’t. I was very disappointed and probably won’t go back for a while!!

  3. I visit the store # 47401 and was undecided what I wanted to eat on that night.

    With the help from a cashier name Krystal that also goes by the name of Khrushchev was of great assistance.

    She made a suggestion and assured me the sandwich was awesome. Upon receiving the order I wasn’t pleased with the presentation of the contents when I opened the box.

    The store was busy and this was thrown together.

    I let her see and she stated no problem I will take care of that for you.

    My order was a remake and the sandwich was all she said it wold be.

    I applaud her for excellent customer service skills.

    I dined in and she checked on me to make sure my food and the taste was to my liking.

    Cuddles to her and she also had the same friendly attitude with other customers as well.

    Please let her know her bright smile is an asset to the company.

  4. It would be nice to do survey except receipt I got is not legible so cannot do the survey and take a chance to win something! It is at the Getwell Rd. in Southaven, MS someone should get a new manager there.

  5. Worst service at Perry ga Zaxby’ indication should have been to wait to place order at drive through took 15mins. I placed order for cobb salad, zax snzck, our cooked thin 3 strips, and anew chicken sandwich meal. Waited another 15 mins at window where I had received drinks but food was delayed.sahier apologized, food was not as tastefeyand disorganized.

  6. We enjoy your restaurant, but constantly see people spill their drinks. I believe the shape of cup causes the problem. Tapered bottom of cup makes cup unstable.

    Suggest not using a cup that is so tapered.

    After being 1st in line at 1:50 and waiting TEN (10) min to be waited on while the only person behind counter served/called other customers for pickup. Mind you it was 2 pm and parking lot only half full. After ordering we WAITED another NINETEEN (19) min for food.
    It use to be convenient for us to eat while traveling but today is the last day. At that location. An employee/management change is necessary.I will say they were one of the few zaxbys that have fresh lemons.

  9. I have been trying to enter feedback on my visit today to Zaxby’s and it will NOT take number 2-amount spend/tendered. Says it is invalid. Makes it hard to voice one’s opinion. I did not have a good experience today and would like to do the survey, how can I do this? I guess I will do it here. I carry out from this Zaxby’s frequently, and usually have good service and good food, not so today. The person taking my order had trouble getting it correct, it took her a long time to get it right. When I got my order I checked it after pulling up from the window and they had the wrong dressing for the Caesar Salad so I had to pull out come back in the parking lot and was lucky enough to be able to cut into the pickup line and get to the window to get the correct dressing. When I got home, my salad, a grilled cobb, was correct, but the chicken was really dry, usually it is nice and moist, not so today. I was not a happy customer and I usually am, this is the West Gastonia NC location. I hope they get their ducks in a row or I may not be going back if I have this same experience. Too bad really….

  10. Went to dine in at your Fort Oglethorpe location. It was extremely hot. I guess the air conditioning was broken. I felt SO bad for the employees. Everyone was eating outside. There was even a family who came to celebrate their sons birthday and they couldn’t have a good time because of the heat. Please help your employees.

  11. I am not downloading something on my computer to do a survey of my visit. Why is that necessary? Why isn’t there just a survey at your website?

    I will say I was extremely satisfied with my visit. We were in a hurry, there were 5 of us. We got what we wanted quickly and were able to sit down and eat it due to the quick service. My grandson made it to his archery practice on time.

  13. Just visited the gulf shores Alabama location and the employee at the window named Elizabeth was very rude and short with responses. Handed us our food and said here’s that and slammed the window shut.

  14. Tried to enter the survey & the place where you put in the dollar amount would not let me enter a decimal point. Could not do the entry. Very disappointed with your site!

  15. not good at all; the boneless chicken was dry (old) The bon-in wings that i ordered were TINY and not so good. This was the new location in knoxville at Miller Place Way.Will not be returning!

  16. Jan 18 my son’s soccer team was playing in Columbus Ms and had plans to carry them to zaxbys after the game. I called the store at 8:50 and ask what time did they close. Thegirl told me 10 and I told her the team would be there about 9:20. She hung up on me mumbling. My husband and I got there about 9:15 and ordered. I told the cashier I was the one that called and told them about the soccer team and they should be there in five min. Well by 9:25 they were all in the store lined up to order. The cashier said mam we close at 10. I said I know that so y’all need to get on top of things . She did not like that comment. But I have to commend the kitchen. They started getting the orders out on a timely manner. I returned some pacs of ketchup to the counter and thank them and I was picking up from the tables were the players had left trash so they could hurry up and leave. One cashier thanked me and told me I didn’t have to do that and the one that was rude never said anything. Again thanks to the kitchen for a good job in handling this little rush in a timely manner 👍👍👍

  17. I was very unhappy with my Garden House Zalad. I eat them frequently, but I will rethink eating another one in the future.

    1. email address will not open the survey. My French fries were greasy . I also ordered before and got your Grilled chicken salad the grilled chicken has a spice being added to is that gives it a terrible taste and it had no salt on it either. I am gluten intollerent and do need to eat grilled, not fried chicken. The Zaxbys in Grahams chicken is very good. The grilled chicken doesn’t have the taste yours does. Would love to continue to come to your location it’s convenient. please fix the chicken taste. thank you
