This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to OfficeMax.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

  1. I made a purchase on March 15 and received a survey code for a $10 off coupon on a $50 purchase. The code on my receipt is 12 digits — three groups of four digits — but the online survey will not accept that code because it is set up for an 11-digit code in a different format. The in-store experience with my purchase was very good, but the online survey seems to be very customer unfriendly. I will be going to the store to have them show me how to get around the problem with the code for the discount coupon.

      This is ridiculous, multiple sites, can never find the correct site. Maybe we are saving the dollars off coupons. Back a ways it was a snap to complete the survey. Obviously change is not always for the better. I’ll go to the barber shop and watch a haircut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take the coupon, something a bit slippery, roll up the coupon and shove it where the sun does not shine!!!!!!!!!!!!Should not take a great amount of time to finish the process!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have my receipt in hand….and can not find the SURVEY….only a round robin…perhaps designed to make me give up…..YOU don’t make it easy!
