  1. On February 29, 2020 I was assisted by Barry at the Fort Collins, CO South store #2725. He did an outstanding job of helping me diagnose a problem with my friends care. He really impressed me with his customer service and positive attitude! Excellent job Barry!

  2. Last week we went to the store in Redmond WA to replace the old windshield wiper on my Suburu Forester. All 3 of the staff gave suggestions on the best wipers to replace the ones that I purchased within the past year that for some reason did not work properly, and discussed this and came to a specific recommendation. Kyle ended up being our main staff person and he searched tirelessly and finally found our account to get us the replacement covered and installed it. I am writing this to commend all the staff and Kyle in particular for helping us with the courteous and great service.

  3. Why does the survey go into grocery and other products that have nothing to do with ORielly Auto Parts. I stopped the survey was not comfortable do this one.

  4. Siloam Springs store sold me the wrong parts told me wheel bearings were built in the part then bought a chilton book have about 200.00 in everything when all I needed was 16.00 bearings like I asked for. The guy working behind the counter then tried to say I must have asked for the wrong thing which was (bearings) to begin with !!!!!!!!

  6. I live in central missouri, have delt with this company for 30yrs, they now hire children that do not have a clue about anything automotive. if it is not on a computer. irecently ask for a 5-20 blend motor oil, the manager did not know what a blend was.
