Panda Express is currently inviting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. An invitation to the survey is currently being printed on select receipts.

This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Panda Express.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

    I miss the previous version of mixed veggies. I prefer the cabbage, broccoli, carrots and squash over what is now served. It’s ok, but I really prefer the former.

  2. There must be half a dozen sites that purport to be the Panda Express feedback. How can we know the right one? How do we avoid a ton of junk mail from some survey company we inadvertantly hit? Panda needs to take steps to assert which site is REALLY theirs.

  3. Your store in Westminster, Colorado refused to take my Panda gift card claiming it has expired. Where on the card does it say when is the expiration date? How about a refund for a purportedly
    “expired card”.

  4. WE – me and six of my Marine Corp buddies eat at the Panda Express on Miramar Marine Corps Air Station three or four times a week. We love the friendly service, fast ordering, satisfying portion size, and AWESOME service. No matter how busy or crazy some of the other costomers get. Gustavo is the MVP of the year. I observed a cranky old guy be such a jack wagon to him a few weeks ago. Gustavo handled the loud ridiculous customer so tactfully. Me and my friends were so impressed with his composure and professionalism. Gustavo should be recognized for a job well done.

  5. I love the panda in Delano! They have nice workers and they are not rude at all!! I went and Bryana helped me when I went in and was really nice I recommend going and having her help you!!☺️☺️

I will never ever go to Panda Express again , I went to the one in Moreno beach drive to try their new 8 treasure chicken and I paid 10.88 for the large bowl but when I got it ! it is no where close to a large bowl it looks like a medium bowl and when I talked to the manager so said ooh this is our large bowl and acted rude as if she doesn’t gives a F*****.

    FINALLY:Have trying to reach someone who will take responsibly; Your idea of doing business is running your railroad backwards. The more you offend people the better you seem to practice it. on 03-14-18 I purchase three different dinners from your R/S Panders. I also had three pervious dinner receipts’ When i tried to use these receipts, I was told NO. It was not going to happen. These Free entree items were VOID. Remember, one thing PAY BACKS DO HAPPEN.

  10. Have always been happy with Panda except for the last two visits. I didn’t receive my free order my order was mixed up not happy. Yesterday ordered 2 -2plate meals the Beijing was hard ,cold,and old. the string beans and chicken was 3/4 string beans and 1/4 chicken. very disappointed. The receipt has nothing on back to take the survey. Not sure if I will return, also looked like all new help.

  11. Went to panda Express today in Cape Girardeau Mo. First time experience at a Panda Express. It will be the last time. The food was cold very little chicken in the black pepper chicken mostly onions and celery. Chow mein was very dry. The girl that made the plates set them down and continued to fill other orders while we waited at the register. Worst experience we’ve ever had. Will never go back to another one again. Good waste of $22.00.

  12. I went to Panda Express for lunch. The chow main, what little noodles I received, was very dry and was more onions than chow mein! I also ordered the black pepper chicken, had very little chicken, more onions and not sure if they were green peppers or celery! The egg rolls were over cooked and very dry. Was VERY disappointed in their food. I usually eat there at least once a week. Will not be going back for a very long time if at all! Very disappointed in their food. Also, tried to do the survey and it could not access the website. Lead me to a website where it was asking all kinds of questions not related to Panda express. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!

  13. Parma OH: I was told by several people the food is very good and they were right. The service however, was not. I ordered 2 plates with 2 mains & sides, no drinks. I bought them during lunch time to have for dinner, (it wasn’t busy). I didn’t get charged for my 2nd meal, nor did I get it (I hadn’t realized it at the time till 20 min later). Also I gave them $1 towards CMN Hospital/Leader. I spoke to someone on the phone & through much to do, was told I would get a free meal for my inconvenience, come in talk to the mgr & all would be good. When I came in, the mgr was on the serving line, took 2 others before me and then told me because I hadn’t paid for it, he couldn’t do it. I explained how everyone loves their food, my husband doesn’t get out much, I could go to other local Chinese places but because people enjoy their food, came there. It was their negligence, not mine. I brought up social media, he still said no. It’s obvious 1 sale means more to him than repeat sales. The 2nd person on line clearly understood this.

  14. I just purchased a Shanghi angus beef bowl with chow mein at the South Houghton Panda Express.
    I have never received such a disappointing meal in all of the years we have been eating at Panda. Even when we had to drive into Tucson to do so.
    I had 4 pieces of meat..1 whole gravy of any kind and the chow mein was so dry that not even my soy sauce could soften it. By the way, there was no soy sauce given me by the restaurant, this was my own soy sauce.
    Needless to say, we won’t be visiting your facility again any time soon!! I will also be passing along to family and friends just how disappointing this meal. $7.35 for a meal in which most of the chow mein was thrown away because it was so dry.

    It took another 30 minutes to get on this site WEIRD.
    The food is great and I crave it, when nothing else will do.

      Went to panda on Floyd avenue in modesto this evening around 9:30 n try to order some orange chicken n chowmein but one of the staff member said they don’t have any of these at this time n not able to cook anymore,this completely freaks me out how come a restaurant which closes at 10pm don’t serve stuff which is at top list of the menu. Completely waste of my time n really disappointed. N just after 10 minutes later have been to panda on oakdale rd n they have made the fresh stuff even at 9:55pm this is called customer service. Just wanted to tell that staff at Floyd avenue panda is really not good. Management have to take strict action against them.
