  1. We went to your Walnut Street location in Cary, NC and placed our order. Then while waiting we saw that the Health Department had rated this location a “B”/ 84.5 sanitation rating. We canceled our order and left the store. I went on the State’s Restaurant rating site to see what the problems were……sveral including out-of -date food and cooking pots weren’t clean as there was no dish detergent in the kitchen.

    Probably our last visit to this location.

TODAY 11/07/18/ MY COWORKERS AND I ORDERED LOTS OF FOOD BECAUSE WE ALL LIKE TO TRY DIFFERENT THINGS FOR LUNCH .I ASKED WHO HAD GREAT ASIAN FOOD SOMEONE REPLYED PEI WEI,S , MOST OF US HAD NEVER TRIED THEIR CUISINE ,SO I SAID LETS ORDER .WE DID .I ORDERD THE COMMON SHRIMP FRIED RICE WITH WHITE RICE EXTRA ONIONS AND EXTRA EGGS ,MY COWORKERS ALSO ORDERED ,FIRS LET ME SAY THE PACKAGING WAS GOOD THE SPICY SAUCE WAS GOOD ,BUT THE RICE HAD GIANT CLUMPS ,VERY LITTLE EGGS NO ONIONS ,THIS WAS THE WORST FRIED RICE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD . I WAS LOOKING AT IT AND IT JUST LOOK LIKE WHO EVER COOKED IT JUST DIDNT TAKE TIME TO STIR IT . I WAS VERY DISAPOINTED .THEN I LOOKED OVER AT MY COWORKER AND SHE WAS PICKING THE GREEN BEANS OUT OF HER FOOD ,I ASK WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS SHE SAID THEY WERE NOT COOKED FULLY . MY OTHER TWO COWORKERS WERE SHAKING THEIR HEADS AND WE ALL AGREED NOT TO EVER CHOOSE PEI WEI,S AGAIN

  3. I would’ve like to have completed the survey and no one gave me the receipt with the survey code on it. Vehicle int I would’ve liked to have completed the survey no one gave me the receipt with survey code. I live in Naples Florida and went to the Payway on Vanderbilt Beach Road. I ordered two Vietnamese chicken balls and as per usual, they were poorly wrapped and toured very easily. I couldn’t even dip it in the sauce . It’s one of my favorite items but this is a constant problem with this location. Very frustrating and disappointing. It’s one of my favorite items and this is a constant problem with this location. Very frustrating and disappointing. Although there was no one behind me in line, the cashier was very rushed and irritated.

  4. I would have preferred to fill out a survey but it required a receipt, which I did not get because no one offered to help me. I stood at the register for several minutes and made eye contact with 2 different staff neither of whom said “hello” or “I’ll be right with you”. It was 30 minutes before closing at the St. Louis Park, MN location, and it appeared the employees had started the closing process. I get it. I’ve worked in customer service. It sucks on slow days when you think you might get out early and people come shortly before closing time, but you still do you job. I left and went to another restaurant who employees didn’t have a problem taking my order only 15 minutes before closing. Given the poor service, it’s unlikely I will return to Pei Wei.

    Short staffed that day. Very long line to order. Sat and waited long time while our orange chicken sat on the counter till we finally got it dry and cold. Floors and tables were filthy! No one cleaning. Soda machine always out of drinks! Next visit food was brought hot delicious as always place was cleaner this time.

  6. The employees were very nice and efficient. When I got home we ate and food and it was excellent. My husband is handicapped so I got the food and brought it home. The food was very Good.

  7. White rice not fully cooked. Pieces of chicken were as small as green peas.
    Disappointed with store on Buffalo Speedway in Houston. Pleased with store in Pearland, Texas.

  8. Visited Pei Wei at 5110 Buffalo Speedway in Houston Saturday March 25th, and sorely disappointed. Ate at Pei Wei in Pearland, TX and were really pleased–everything cooked correctly and big pieces of chicken. The store in Houston had not fully cooked the white rice and the pieces of chicken were about as big as green peas. Won’t be buying any takeout food from them again. Soup and noodles were fine.
