Perkins is currently inviting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. An invitation to the survey is currently being printed on select receipts.

This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Perkins.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

Here's what you need to do to complete the Perkins Survey (located at and redeem the offer printed on your receipt:

Have you recently visited Perkins and saved the receipt? You can use that receipt to get a discount on your next meal at Perkins. Take part in the Perkins Guest Experience Survey and receive a coupon good for your next visit.

To get your discount coupon, start by visiting, enter the store #, check #, and date (all of which are on your receipt). Then click on “Start” to begin the survey. Upon completion, you will be given instructions on how to redeem your savings coupon so you can enjoy your Perkins discount.

    First ,,the server # 503 Nicole did a perfect service guest # R104304738
    second ,,the food was excellent
    Third ,,the washroom ,,,I had to tel the manager at 9 am to get someone to go clean the Man washroom ,,i told him that the “”stench “”was like hold PISS that as been standing there for the last three months ,,,
    i did visit most of the Perkins in Winnipeg and I have to say that there washroom was clean,, but the one on Regent was disgusting ,,,i do understand that the cook and other employee use the washroom and it make me wander how clean is the KITCHEN
    and please do not tel me that you have a big turn over of customer ,,, Mc Donald next door is a clean place to go ,,,as a mater of fact,, this is where i went this morning for breakfast ,,the 13 of August 2019
