  1. i WROTE LAST NIGHT AND IT WASNT A PRETTY EMAIL EITHER. ONE MORE THING.WE DONT SAVE RECEIPTS SINCE WE PAY IN EITHER CASH OR GC’S

    YOU HAD ALL OF 4 TABLES EATING AT THAT HOUR BETWEEN 4:30 AND 5 pm.

  2. My husband and I were looking forward to spending our 38th anniversary dinner at P. F. Changs on Thursday, October 10. Unfortunately, the evening was one mistake after another. First, the server brought two glasses of water but only one straw. (We didn’t notice this until after he left our table.) He took our drink order (craft beer and a sprite) and delivered our drinks but he brought sprite and a cocktail. No beer. When he returned with the beer, he asked if we were ready to order but we were not. He didn’t return for 20 minutes. The host that seated us finally brought our dinner, left quickly, and then we discovered we had no silverware. Instead of waiting for our waiter, I grabbed two sets of silverware from another table. But before he left, Andy asked for another beer. That beer was never delivered. The waiter never checked on us during dinner. He did, however, refill my drink as I was finishing up my meal. But he filled my glass with water. Remember, I had ordered sprite. We waited a long time for the check, and when Emmons brought it (and promptly left), we discovered it was not our check. When we brought this to his attention (after about 10 minutes), he said, “oh”. He brought another check, then quickly left to wait on another table. Then we discovered we had been charged for the second beer! Again, Emmons finally came back, thinking he was going to be able to cash out our ticket, and I told him about not receiving the second beer. He said he would correct it. I asked if I could just give him the gift card at that time (hubby was getting restless) and he said, “no, I’ll be right back.” Oh great. Another 10 minutes. We were happy to sign the receipt and get the heck out of there! What a nightmare.

    Unfortunately, we will, most likely, not be returning to P. F. Changs, which used to be one of my favorite restaurants. It’s sad to see how much the restaurant has changed. From the dirty door/glass covered in fingerprints to the dumpy jeans worn by the employees, it’s not the “special treat restaurant” I once loved.

    To perhaps help you track our order, our server was Emmons, we were table 7/2, we cashed out at 6:42, #20077.

  3. We ate at the Victor location (Eastview Mall) at approximately 7:30pm today, June 28, 2019. While our waitress was friendly, she feel she did not listen to our requests, and the cooks certainly did not pay attention to our requests if she wrote them down. My husband and I requested water with no lemon, we both got lemon in our water. No big deal, we took it out. I ordered Ginger Chicken w/Broccoli with no green onion, along with Chicken Fried Rice w/no egg, and 2 other dishes. Our food was extremely slow to arrive, and once it did, it was barely warm and my entree included green onion even though I requested it w/out. We notified our waitress that the food was barely warm, and the manager did come out right away to take our food away and have fresh meals made for us. When we received our new food, my entree still included green onion, and the chicken fried rice had no chicken in it at all, and instead was full of egg. The waitress also failed to notice when our water glasses were empty. This is the second experience I’ve had like this at the Victor location, and I highly doubt we will return or recommend others eat there if they are looking for a hot meal that is exactly as they would like it.

  4. I had not been to a P F Changs in close to a year. I went 5/7/19 to the Charlotte-Northlake one, & I was truly disappointed with the food quality. In the past, I loved the Calamari, Lobster shrimp rice, lettuce wraps, & salads. Apparently, ownership/management changed, because the food we ordered was poor, cheap quality. Our waitress was great, she told me the menu items had changed, & in my opinion, it was definitely not for the better. It seems like the (new) company/owner found a cheaper way to run the business. The calamari was greasy & too big, not at all the same calamari they once served, the honey shrimp weren’t shaped at all like shrimp, & the salads weren’t fresh, just bland & basic. Whatever major change with ownership you made should be UNDONE. The restaurant was unusually empty as well, I understand why. At least the service was good, but I will not be dining again.

    My server(C B ) Craig Bevins at the PF Chang’s Ann arbor Briarwood Mall was an delightful experience. Craig was very attentive to me as well as the people in his section, very knowledgeable about the menu which made for a great selection of food to pick from. he made me wan t to return again for your Asian China Bistro meal. the oolong Chilean Sea Bass, was superb cooked perfectly and great presentation with the tossed fresh spinach. he was very good and I don’t say thing like this about the service industry, if it had not been for his service, I would not have taken the time to complete the survey.
    You should try and keep him on board, don’t think you’ll go wrong!!!!

    My friends and I love P.F.Changs, especially the appetizers and the lettuce wrap! The waiters and waitresses are always friendly and professional. The only problem was that the
    re weren’t enough of them. They were rushed and stressed and had way too many tables to care for.

  7. We have fined but never ordered-to-go until September 3, 2018. I was on HOLD for 40 minutes. Manager apologized and placed our order himself telling me to pick it up in 30 minutes. Got there and waited another 30 minutes. When I got it home both our meals tasted way overdone(my husbands shrimp shriveled and my beef dried out around the edges AND the portions were no more than HALF the size when dining in).

    It was just bad all around…

    My husband and I ate at the location HWY 17 in Mt Pleasant SC and for the first time in our 50 years we debated on not leaving a tip. The server on the night of 8/31/18 the waiter by the name of Ernest was as rude as a person could be. He Must’ve been upset about the fact that my husband and I want to eat outside he immediately had a bad attitude! Must’ve been upset about the fact that my husband and I wanted to eat outside he immediately had a bad attitude ! We asked if an appetizer was good his response was no it’s nasty and gave us an ugly look never smiling ! Proceeded to slam or drinks down make us wait ridiculous amounts of time in between orders and really made us feel like we where putting him out! Ultimately decided to leave a tip for him based on our character not what he deserved. Still felt like he should be exposed shouldn’t be a server hope this gets back to his boss. Worst service ever

  9. we were at your restaurant located near Chandler Mall in AZ and we like the food, coffee and Dianna, your waitress, did her job so well, so friendly and full attention and respect . This was awesome experience , thank you so much.

    on Sunday April 29, 2018 our waiter Andre gave us excellent service. It was a party of 4 celebrating our friend birthday. He has a pleasant personality, well spoken and he does an outstanding job. He is an great asset to your company. Andre keep up the excellent customer service you bring to PF Changs
