This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Pick 'n Save.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

I don’t have a Pick ‘n Save near my home, but I have visited one before and it’s true that you can save money there. How does having a chance to win $50 Pick ‘n Save gift card sound? All you have to do is fill out their short Customer Satisfaction Survey and you can get your chance to win.

To enter the drawing, all you have to do is have a Pick ‘n Save handy, and visit www.picknsaveexperience.com, enter the date and time of your visit, store number, lane number, and transaction number (all printed on your receipt). Now click “Start” and tell them what you think of their service.

Upon completion you will be asked to enter the sweepstakes for the $50 gift card.

  1. I couldn’t believe what I the gal at the service desk told me today. I purchased a 4# bag of kroger brand white sugar. The price was 2.39. I clicked on a coupon for .99 for the sugar online the day before I went shoping. The coupon price did not show up on the register receipt. So I went to the service desk to ask about it and the gal said that coupon was for online shopping, and that it was a clicklist coupon. She said I couldn’t use the coupon if I actually went into the store and picked out the item myself. So if I would go online and order the sugar and have someone go pick it out in the store and bring it to my car I could get the sugar for .99. The store would have to go through all that work and I could get the sugar for less than if I would go in the store and pick it out myself. That is crazy and not fair to the shoppers that go in the store and pick out their own groceries. I tried going online and do it that way, but it doesn’t show the sale price. It says your price might change when you check out. So if it doesn’t then I would have to return those items back to the store like I did today.
    You people are so crazy. It costs your business more money when you have to fill orders and take them to the customer. The coupons should be available for both instore and online shoppers.

  3. A few weeks ago I stopped in your Cleveland Ave. store in West Allis, Wis. Michelle waited on me and as I had requested a “Big Boss” freshly made, she made it just perfect. I do not have my reciept anymore, but will stop in to see her again.What a nice employee and she did a great job.

    PURCHASED ROUNDY’S CHICKEN THIGHS AND THEY ARE TERRIBLE. VERY TOUGH AND NOT TO TASTY. SEEMS LIKE OLD CHICKENS ARE HARVESTED FOR THE ROUNDY’S LABEL. PERDUE IS MY BRAND. TENDER AND VERY TASTY.

    Excellent service friendly and customer oriented very nice girl took my order for bakery and Alex made the cake and did a beautiful job as I asked. I really appreciate it and she called when it was finished earlier than expected 😊

    I buy boss Subs all the time can you please be able to make a special request and make up a boss sub with roast beef on it instead of ham and if a customer can ask that upon request and pick it up 24 hours later would be greatly appreciated

  7. Pick n Save in McFarland did a wonderful job with their remodel and the soup and salad bar they are getting will be wounderful

  8. 2/16/17 Waterford, WI store 12:17 Meat department had excellent service today. The butcher went right away to refill the space for turkey breasts.

    1. Jeannie was one of the nicest and most helpful people we have met in a long time. Great employee! She was selling cheese and giving out samples. The cheese was great and we also got to meet Leroy Butler. Great shopping experience.
      We also learned that you are now part of Krogers which is the store we use back home.
