Skyline Chili is currently inviting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. An invitation to the survey is currently being printed on select receipts.

This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Skyline Chili.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

Upon completion you will be given a validation code to write on your receipt, take that in with you on your next visit and redeem the offer written on it.

    I received a portion of my receipt that says “share your experience” but it says that the survey is shut down. I notice on the comments that this has been this way for quite some time. I would suggest you either remove that from your receipt or make it active to honor the offer.

  2. I was trying to take the survey to receive my free coney. I was at skyline on the 13th of November. I have gone to various sites to take the survey and it it saying that the survey is no longer available. I am very upset and I eat at skyline weekly, this is considered false advertisement. Having this information on your receipt.. I also went back to skyline today and this is still showing up on the receipt. This was printed out on my receipt and I am very up set about this.
