Slim Chickens is currently inviting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. An invitation to the survey is currently being printed on select receipts.

This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Slim Chickens.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

    we ordered chicken meals & 3 desserts in jars for 4 people through the drive through . this was our first time to order at slim chickens. we were very disappointed with the jar desserts , we threw them out as we could not eat them we thought they were a little pricey& wished we had not ordered them . we did like the taste of the chicken strips. thank you

  2. We recently visited your new location on the reservoir (Ridgeland Ms location ) Was welcomed with great and friendly service. The food was great and was out quickly. Will be recommending it to all my friends and co workers. I work close to the location and visit it about 1 to 2 times weekly. Have had nothing but great experiences at the location. Also wanted to let you know the name of the young lady that waiting on us. Her name was Elliott Ticket# 9000005. Keep up the great work and God Bless.

    I was happy to see the old ran down gas station became Slim chicken in actuality it was the best thing that happened to me unfortunately I am disabled and retired I receive $15 a month from the state of Kansas (food stamps) if it wasn’t for slim chicken feeding me free for a year I don’t know what I would have done this year If slim chicken hadn’t award a gift card for a year I have had stomach surgery so it serves me just about right eating soft foods May God bless them at slim chicken and I hope you have a Lotta success here in Lenexa Kansas thank you again and again

I have been to the new store in Ridgeland 4 times since it opened.The first 3 visits were very good,the last not at all.I ordered 2 house sandwiches to go and they were a mess.The bottom of the bun was totally saturated with moisture and completely disappeared.They were thrown in a box that was way too big and contents were scattered all over the place.They need to be wrapped in paper or the correct size box to hold them together.Also no napkins….needed them with that mess.

  5. The order taker and server were very pleasant and professional. The food timing was good. The cleanliness was good the music was of a culture of male high voice screaming as if something attacked him. The following 4 songs were not as bad and not proper for a nice restaurant. I am a business owner and always concerned for others and to be successful and pleasant for repeat business. Also, you may wish to consider a better mascot picture-maybe of a happy chicken rather than an “old crow” as I perceive it.     Vickie H was a phenomenally positive representative. She was quick, accurate, smiling broadly, and clearly enjoying herself as she took our order 0103-0301-2234-15323. Food was prepared quickly and arrived with good eye appeal.
    This probably isn’t the website I was to use, but I couldn’t get anything else to display when I wrote I called the manager at the 98th Street, Lubbock TX and he said he’s going to check on it immediately. 15:45
