This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to KFC.

  1. I’m trying to place feedback but am unable to according to the message that keeps popping up when I enter my survey code: 5524170718202149
    I will place feedback here instead – I visited the Windsor Park restaurant in Sunnynook tonight to grab some dinner.
    (I would like to add this is the first time I have been back to this restaurant in 10 months as my previous visit to this branch was less then positive and left a rather negative impression on me).
    Tonight the service I received was well above par.
    I was served by a very helpful and smiley young man by the name of Jacob C according to my docket.
    He answered my questions quite happily and the service was quick which is precisely what the customer wants when whipping in and out of any fast food outlet.
    The shift supervisor who was also present at the time was also very nice and made polite conversation with me as well.
    I would also like to add the kitchen front and back was also very clean and tidy, something I always like to see.

    That’s the message I get when I try to do the survey bout 4hours after being to KFC and get a receipt and on the receipt is this survey number
    5517100618130137 so unsure what’s going on and I am from palmerston north and the store in question is KFC on princess street in palmerston north

    I went into today 10/6/2018 at 12.59pm at princess street KFC in palmerston north and at 5.23pm I try to do the survey but its saying its pass the allocation time and hope to see you back KFC what a croak. I was going some nice regarding this store but now I don’t think so as I also had a couple of points of concern

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the manager and the staff of kfc east legon who made our evening outstanding and did everything, plus more to ensure we were comfortable and happy in our 1 minute drive thru the restaurant last night. within 1-2 minutes our box maters have been prepared and given to us without any hindrance. kfc east Legon staff are great and wonderful.
    It really did exceed expectations. Thanks again!

  5. The environment and food are beyond expectation, the staff are polite and nice.The combination of food, environment and staff make the guests comfortable and respected. Not to talk of the speed at service which the food was delivered to me. kfc is the no.1 #QSR. there is this one guy in the east legon shop called derek, the boy is very polite and His customer service is very splendid.

I noticed a few people couldnt do this survey in the comments…KFC fix your survey if you want people to do it. I was served by Lochlan who told me about the survey when he gave me my receipt which i dont normally take. KFC New Plymouth was clean tidy and my server was awesome! I had the big snack burger for the first time…yummy!☺

    That’s interesting: Now when I submit what I’ve written here, it tells me I’ve already submitted this comment, when I haven’t! Not impressive.
    I add my voice to those complaints above. In trying to respond to the survey as indicated on my receipt, I’m told that the information is “inadequate”. Triple-checking reveals I’ve entered both the Survey Code 5596130518000459 and the time of service yesterday at 23.31pm absolutely accurately. Today is well within the 3-day time limit (Why is a 3-day time limit necessary anyway?). Do we miss out on the bonus for giving feedback if we do it here instead of through the “survey” when that’s impossible?

    Last night I went to the new Downtown Auckland KFC in Fort St. The service was excellent, and the chicken cooked just right. The only negative: the chips were soggy and over-salted. (I like salt on my chips but this time there was definitely too much.) A great extra positive was the return of the finger-cleaning “Freshen up” tissues in the sealed packet – THANK YOU for that.
    Interestingly, I didn’t get one of these “Freshen up” tissues a few days ago when I bought KFC at the Balmoral branch on May 8. That trip to the Balmoral store was my second in a week, and the reason that last night I went to the Fort Street branch, even though the Balmoral one is much closer to my home, was the problem of overcooking of the chicken at Balmoral. The time I went there about 10 days ago, some of the skin on the chicken was overcooked to a crisp. It was brittle and crunchy in the way that toffee is. Not acceptable. When I went there a second time, on May 8, I toyed with the idea of going to Ponsonby or Downtown, but I decided the overcooking was probably a one-off. That decision was a big mistake. Instead of just a couple of pieces having the skin overcooked, every piece was overcooked, with the skin not soft and flavoursome, rather it was cooked to toffee-like hardness — NOT pleasant to eat. That’s why went to Fort Street last night. I have regularly had problems in the past with the Balmoral branch, up to 2 years ago. I once complained in writing to KFC and was promised a response from the Balmoral Branch management which never came. The Balmoral branch is a serious and consistent let down in standards for KFC.
    One other question: When you deliver coupons online or in our letterboxes, why do all the coupons have the same expiry date except for the Gimme 5, which is always has a much earlier expiry? That doesn’t make sense. It seems unfair!It causes embarrassment when you’ve read the dates over the various coupons and naturally some that they all expire at the same date.
    Now when I submit, it tells me I’ve already submitted this comment, when I haven’t!

    i was visit your whakatane store last week there a girl serve me her name is lillian. i was said to her give me trays and serviettes and ketchup’s she give me only ketchup’s in wicked wings packet. today its happen again. please tell her to serve the customer properly. once a day wings was chews that was not cooked properly me and my mates went next day and told her to by wings she said she can not do anything now. and we can not get wings at 10 pm. me and my mates finish work after 9:30 pm mostly we did not get wings at night please take action about my complaint me and my mate we all big fan of yours wicket wing. I hope i will not face this problem again. Thank you

    I have tried to give feedback on this store but keep getting told my invitation has expired. I am still in the South City Invercargill store having just eaten my meal. I was served at 4.07pm and it is now 4.35pm.
    My survey number was 5582170318160923.
    I was going to place very positive feedback as this store was spotlessly clean and staff very helpful…a HUGE improvement on the other Invercargill store which is a disgrace to both the brand and the staff working there.
    I visit Invercargill regularly and have always gone to KFC for a “treat” as we don’t have it in our small back country town.
    This store has restored my faith in the brand having almost been put off by the other main road premise.
