This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Sonic Drive-In.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

  1. The Sonic foot long coney use to be enjoyable and fun to eat. Always overflowing with chili and cheese. Sloppy is good.
    Lately the coneys has very little chili. Never overflowing. Luke warm at its best. It’s like going some body’s home for a hot home cook meal, but get a TV dinner insread.
    I wonder if the coneys are prepared frozen and just warmed up.
    If the meal is not hot, there’s a concern for bacteria or food poison.
    Disappointed to see Sonic loose its tradition.

  2. First: your survey does not accept information from my receipt. There is no such number on the bottom of the receipt that the survey asked about.

I enjoy using the app for my morning order that I get before, however when my card is low and I want to reload I have to get a new sonic gift card to use for the mobile app. I asked the carhop about it and she stated they don’t reload them so I either get a new card or stop using the app which is very easy for me. what do I do?????

  4. Received a server ticket there is no I’d number on the ticket this is the third one I have gotten from this store first one that was readable due to ink on the receipt. Never had a problem with this before.
