  1. Was very disappointed in the cleanliness and the employee named Haydee. They had no more chocolate dipped cones with sprinkles, now I am not one to settle for less then what I want. She didn’t even let me know it would take about 20 min to have a fresh batch ready. I was glade my kids were able to get wht they wanted and I enjoyed watching them enjoying there ice cream. Now the cleanliness of the facility is strongly neglected, I have plenty of dirty pictures . Please don’t hire lazy employees that don’t inform us of if you wait 20 minutes we can have it ready I was more than willing to wait 20 minutes . I own my own business and I cannot stand lazy employees half doing there job. I would never hire Haydee as she is the definition of a lazy employee . I will never come back to this restaurant because of her laziness . And unwilling to make a fresh batch of dip chocolate cones with sprinkles.

  2. I get a Cappacino Blast everyday. But today I decided to try it with the new flavor of the month Carmel Machiatto omg, it is wonderful. I hope they will keep this as a regular flavor. I love it.

  3. I treated my granddaughter to a Banana Split Sundae. I did not get down. She returned with 3 scoops of ice-cream and toppings. No exaggeration, she devoured it in less that 5 minutes. She said it was DELICIOUS. So I did not complain that it was $6.89 excluding tax. 🙂

    I purchase 2 capuchino blass but the test is so bad and the whip cream is not good so I ask the employee to get my money back and the lady doesn’t want to give my money back this is not good product how do you think we satisfied or enjoy your product so I live your product and not get money back I’m gonna ask my lawyer if this is okay

  5. I just visit you place and Iam very disappointed with the product I purchased 2 capuchino blass but the test so bad and whip cream is watering and I ask the employee to give my money back and the doesn’t want to give my money back so I just live your product in your store I will never go back

  6. Another disappointing visit at Chino Hills CA store 91709. Tables were dirty as were floors. Four girls just chatting away before and immediately after taking our order; then on their cell phones while I’m looking for a clean table. Last visit about a month ago was same thing. Probably won’t go back for yet another poor experience. Don’t know if there is a manager there but clearly not managing. Only two couples ahead of us so not busy but not cleaning the tables off and just yelling across the store to each other like they’re on the playground. No professionalism at all.

    Visited the Terre Haute, Indiana store -zip – 47802. Only the one employee, I pulled up and interrupted her smoke break outside. I went in to order, she hurried my decicision, was snappy, and was the same way to the people behind me. Started taking order of the next people before I got my change in my purse, and hurried their decision. Wouldn’t honor my Local non for profit discount card. Didn’t even give me a receipt.

    Can’t take the survey , no receipt as we didn’t purchase anything . Went to Baskin store on So Federal Hwy , Stuart Fl. On Sat pm about 8:30. The people ahead of us were complaining about something, but we waited. We were getting a banana split and a hot fudge sundae. No banana’s in the store and no vanilla ice cream for the hot fudge. To add insult to our disappointment was the clerk. She had pink hair and a big nose piercing. Not the look of someone handling food. We live very near to the store and go quite often, but this was unacceptable for your store. Please know how we felt.
