Was very disappointed tonight, drove 50 mins into Smithers to do a take out and got the Crispy chicken pecan salad only to get home and find out that there was NO chicken on the salad , no eggs and hardly any shredded carrots or cheese on it, and no garlic toast to go with it. My husband had the lasagna and it was fine with his garlic toast.
    to far to go back in and return it at this time of night….
    Very disappointed…..
    staff was great no problem there..

  2. Tried entering the survey and after entering the 15 digit access code a couple of dozen times and being reminded that it had to be 15 digits I finally threw in the towel. Perhaps they knew it was not going to be a positive feedback in advance and that is why it won’t accept my code? Don’t know and probably won’t be going back anytime soon. Service was appalling. The pizza when I finally got it was delicious, but standing around being ignored for more than 15 minutes is not how I want to be treated.

    Went to BP for family dinner. Waitress was nice what we saw in f her. My daughter ordered a beer with her wings and didn’t get the beer till after the wings were done and we tracked down the waitress which replied ohh I forgot. When my son n law got his spaghetti 🍝 he got a spoon. No fork nothing. We waited for her to come around and I finally got up and went to the waitress station and helped myself to a fork for him. We asked for finger bowls and waited forever to finally get one. We need two. The best part is the surprised look on the hostesses face when we didn’t leave a tip who also promptly ignored us after we left no tip. BP used to be the place to go now I feel it’s the place not to go 😡

    Had a great experience at the Huntsville location. When one server saw that our drinks were slow in coming he stepped in and got them..It was very busy and our original server apologized… we were not in a hurry and enjoyed the venue on the water..
    The second server brought us HP sauce and Mayo when requested..
    Food was excellent but what blew us away was when the manger strolled by and spoke to us very casually.. When I indicated that I wanted to take my food home a take out container appeared almos instantly.
    Although it was very busy we got excellent service and good food. This will be our go to place from now on.

What a joke, tried to get into the survey and it would not let me in, hadn’t been to BP for a while and now I remember why, Service was deplorable, food cold and not just because I was Outside, it was a warm evening and I started to eat as soon as the food arrived, wanted to complain but the waiter was gone and we never saw him again. Some at our table did not have forks and knives so we got our own, no salt or pepper on the table, no offer of fresh pepper or cheese for our cold pasta dishes. Most dirty dishes stayed on the table ………..hey I appreciate it is not the Keg but my bill was well over $100.00 for my wife and I and it was terrible value for the money

    I wanted to fill out the survey to tellyou what a great experience we had and great salads were served by Raven W at golden, BC. However my receipt was printed poorly so the whole number could not be seen. I hope you can still enter me for the $200 prize!
    We were there on May 24/18. 91270-5000?-? 3 or 8, 021 is the number.

    I can’t fill out survey because there is no code on my receipt. Mission BC BP, two 8″ basic pizza were $39and we picked them up. They don’t know what well done is as we had to put them in the oven at home. My husband’s pizza was so poorly constructed that one bite and everything fell off. Not going back.

  8. I was at the Boston Pizza in Camrose on January 06, 2018 and had a horrible dining experience. The food was good, the server was good but there was a large group of young hockey players who had no adult/parental supervision that were so noisy customers at other tables were covering their ears to block out the noise. When I complained to the manager he indicated it was a family restaurant and all ages are allowed and suggested we move to the lounge. We had our granddaughter with us who was 19 but he did not know her age other times when we have had a drink there she is ID. I know it is a family restaurant but it should be pleasure able for both young and old.

  9. On a recent visit for dinner at a Boston Pizza, the restaurant was dirty and a number of tables were not cleared all the time we were there. One table, obviously occupied by a young family, had food all over the floor and the table never cleared. This is not up to Boston Pizzas usual standard. They may have been short staffed but this was inexcusable. Not a pleasant visit.

  10. Ok so we did an online order for martinsville sask. At 1130 am may 23 2017. This order came to 122$. We came into the business at 3pm that day and used a debit card to pay. It was to be delivered at 6pm that evening. 620pm it was finally delivered. The order was shorted a 24 pk of boneless wings. So we called martinsville store. The answer was we r very busy right now. And the manger on duty (Anna Aguilar) was to busy to talk to us. So we went down there to get our missing product. We asked multiple times to see the manager who wouldn’t come out of the kitchen to speak to us. We were not spoken to. Offered any compensation or refund. So after a half an hour waiting to see her. We left. Now this business has taken over 30$ of my money. No compensation no apology . To me that’s just like stealing and that doesn’t sit well with me. Pls do something about this or if will be going to the media.

  11. The folks at the Erbsville 562 pizza noticed that I had not been in for a while and wondered if anything was wrong. I told them that our Mom had passed away . They were so kind and supportive and insisted that my lunch was on them. I, of course, objected but they insisted! They are a steller crew. My server was Lando B 0045 table 114. Your staff was more supportive than one of my longtime friends and deserve to be highly commended! They make this restaurant very special. Head office should know what a great staff they have!!!

    Had an awesome time with 25 elders from a supportive housing this morning. They were able to make their own individual pizza’s and eat it too! Price was exceptional.
    Most of all the staff were extemely patient and kind. Thanks to Jordyn Kipling who made this happen. Boston Pizza you made 25 elders happier today!
