This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Capriotti's.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

  1. I purchased a medium cheese steak and fries on 2/20/20….the receipt was very faded as if ink was missing! When I asked the lady who waited on me what the code was at the bottom to do the survey she wrote numbers on the receipt where code was…I have tried twice to do the survey and been kicked off as is incorrect code….REALLY!!

  2. My husband and I had two small classic steak sandwiches. We very disappointed. The sandwiches were too salty and very greasy.
