Charleys is currently inviting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. An invitation to the survey is currently being printed on select receipts.

This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Charleys.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

To get your free coupon, have a recent Charleys receipt ready, visit and enter the 5 digit store number printed on your receipt, then select the date and time printed on the receipt and click “Start” to take the survey.

  1. I love how she works, Carmen every time I go and she is there she attends me very kind and is always aware of the person .. and asks if she needs anything, always wishes her a nice night. Every time I pass I always see her cleaning, she is not taking off … and that is what she is a very hardworking person … I have recommended all my friends to go to eat at charley´s. So that she has always shopped for me. thank you very much.

  2. I have been to Charley’s at the Liberty Center more times then I can count. It used to be so good. When the owner is there, it’s great. When the owner isn’t there, it’s awful! You can’t find anyone. It’s takes forever when you do find someone. The thing that gets me the most is getting my order wrong. It happens all most all the time. Something has to be done about this. When you only get a half hour break, you don’t have time to go back because your order isn’t right. They aren’t friendly at all. It’s a shame!

    I frequently enjoy your ultimate club sandwich at the Ala Moana location in Hawaii. Items are always hot and fresh. Employees are friendly and nice.
    My only suggestion is that you provide honey oat or wheat bread as an option.

    1. I ate at Charley’s today and enjoyed my stub….l got a chicken philly and fries….l got waited on in a short time…the employees were so efficient…….l love this place for the best choice of subs… and quick service…

  4. There is something wrong with your survey, I have tried at least 5 times and after you respond to the first two questions it keeps taking you back to page 1???? What am I to do?? Store 9539 on 1/2/2018 at 6:34pm. My order was take out. If you truly value your customers feedback than please address this issue

I am a regular customer of Charleys (store #00092 – Citadel Mall SC) and have been for years; however, I have reached a point where I am totally disgusted with your restaurant and ironically it has nothing to do with your food. I normally do not order a soft drink when I place my food order but instead ask for (fountain) water. In the past I was charged a nominal amount for the water (25 cents) but now that cost has risen to 50 cents. You are the only restaurant that I know of (and that includes fast food places) that charges for water. I think that’s outrageous; water certainly doesn’t cost you anything, so why should you charge your customers. In any event, I’m not happy and I’m sure I’m not the only one.

  6. Hello I visited your restaurant 23 Feb around 2;40 pm with my wife at the Clarksville Tn. River side drive location we ate lunch the place was not crowded at all but after we ordered we waited 31 minutes for our food. we paid $42.88 for the food which I thought was expensive but that was not the problems the Cole slaw we were served was not made right it was tasteless no flavor just plain shredded cabbage with a little salad dressing. I later learned that you all give 10% discount to active duty military how could you restrict it just active duty with all the war hero retirees that reside here in the city of Clarksville TN thanks for listening I want return.
