  1. This was the response I received about a complaint I made because I received the wrong flavored product and hard munchkins. Apparently the manager thought I lied about my complaint of receiving the wrong flavor and thought I was stupid and didn’t know the difference between a fresh munchkin and hockey puck hard munchkin: “this is the manager from Baskin-Robbins you recently visited. The Baseball Nut flavor is a wall paper it’s not a flavor that is available year around. I do carry that flavor when available. I spoke to my staff and they heard you say Jamoca almond fudge and not pralines and cream. I can replace that quart for you if you like. Currently we only carry 2 types of munchkins chocolate and glaze cake and cake munchkins are hard by nature that’s the way they come glazed. They are not soft as glaze munchkins I can also replace those munchkins for you. Please let me know when you will stop by so I can notify my staff of replacement order”

  2. Today was the first time I tried this site PC#355783. I ordered a small macchiato and waited over 10 mins before I I inquired on my order. Was informed they overlooked the order. While waiting I encountered another person not pleased with the service. I understand its the holidays but the store was not overwhelmed with customers. I will not come here again.

Our Dunkin Donuts is new to our town They are friendly .Our last visit the young lady that was serving us had chocolate up and down her forearm and made no attempt to wash it off before she got our ice cream . They were not busy and other young ladies were just standing around talking. I am a Nana and I take my grand children there as often as I can I find the prices are higher than the other places close by .

  6. I meet my friend every Monday for coffee and a donut. The shop has changed hands
    and it is very unpleasant to go there. The staff are rude and never smile. They have
    stop making the most favorite donut of all . We have managed to chose another kind
    but we are not happy. This Monday early in the morning they had very few donuts in
    the case. Also the ice cream cake selection had not been replenished for several visits.
    This DD needs some PR instructions and help on business practices. While I was there
    several customers came and went with nothing.

  7. On 9/30/2015 i was in store # 335467.Eat in order:780 tran seq no.1089780. survey code 78001-35467-0909-3052. at 9:30:24 am. I had two coupons. one for a breakfast sand with meat for $1.99 and one for $3.99 for six donuts. i was told i couldn’t use both coupons. not by the person that the register was assigned to but, by the person Siman P was training. I didn’t have a magnifiing glass with me to read the fine print and i understand the reasoning behind this, however,i was in the restaurant business for a lot longer than this Dunkin Donuts has been here or the one that was here before to give you some advice for your children that you have working there .You explain to the customer how the couponing works and that you will do this transaction for them this time as a consideration. That is unless you believe that having a customer leave over $1 or$2 and never returning and going to competitors and also telling other people they come into contact with about the experience they had is worth it then so be it. Remember when one customer conveys to other people that translates to 120 other people and etc. etc. etc.

I was recently at Dunkin’ Donuts and I am going to be honest I don’t usually even go to coffee/donut places but I was in a rush and needed a quick breakfast, let me just say it was to most disgusting donut I have had that I can remember! It was stale and dry, I would guess it was days old sitting out! I let dunkin’ donuts know what I thought at http://www.telldunkinbaskin.com because frankly I can’t imagine that they want people to be served old dry donuts!
