This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Eat'n Park.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

Parking and eating just happen to be two of my favorite things to do, combine them both and you really have something. When I heard if Eat’n Park, I was really wanted to visit one and see how they are, unfortunately there aren’t any nearby my home, so hopefully you guys can tell me how they are.

One thing I do know is they are inviting customers to complete a guest satisfaction survey. As a thank you for your time and feedback, you will be given a validation code that can be used to redeem the offer printed on your receipt.

Just have your receipt handy, visit, enter the 13 digit survey code printed on your receipt, click “Start” and answer the survey questions as honestly as you can. Then just jot down the validation code and take it with you next time you visit Eat’n Park to enjoy your savings.

Seems every time I find a new item on your menu you remove it .I recently tried two sandwiches for the first time, Turkey, bacon, Swiss and Reuben, The Reuben had so much gristle I had a really hard time biting through and the bread was extremely soggy from buyer, The turkey bacon, Swiss was even worse The turkey was just piled on as was the bacon which was actually lumpy not flat. Again the bread was soggy for the same reason. It was the first time i tried each and will be the last. I have been eating there for years and have always been satisfied with all my meals. The salad bar is perfect for my tastes. You have the best potato soup in three counties. Great fish. You recently had a chicken, apple, cranberry salad on a croissant. Tasty. Of course you took it off the menu. You’re just like the Pirates. They get a good player and then they trade them. I will continue to visit your restaurants, but will watch what I order.

  2. I LOVE Eat N Park………especially the one that I have patronized for the last 40 years. The wait staff during the day have been around just as long if not almost that long. Even the hostess has been there for quite a while. To me this shows loyalty of the employees. My problem lies with management….They certainly need some training on how to be customer in particular is named KAREN…..she can’t even say HELLO…very bad impression on Eat N Park’s part…where do you find these people??? Do they have to have any qualifications???? I had a complaint about plastic brissles found in my muffins that I purchased…she did nothing about it , nor did the corporate office….not impressed!!!!

    My retired friends and myself have breakfast every two (2) weeks at the Irwin Eat & Park.
    We have two (2) special waitresses Bonita and Rosella and they have to be two of the best Eat and Park have to offer. They are GREAT.

  4. my wife and i are both senior citizens we both purchased the salad bar 699each.thenit said we had to purchased a bevarge which added to the cost i only wanted water but o no you cant get the salad bar at 699 so we had to add four dollars plus to our bill .seniors are on fixed incomes what a way to treat seniors you should be asshamed of yourselves custumers first? no profits first you could take a lead and show others that you do care but no profits first i will not be eating at your stores any more we dont work overtime your marketing dept. isnt very smart .just once do the moral thing instead of money first
