This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Marco's Pizza.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

  3. Ordered two vegetable Lg Pizzas at your franchise on Gateway Blvd in Boynton Beach, FL
    # 8154 at 4:40 PM #480 by Thomas $22.99 plus tax. Drove it home and it was so salty it was in-edible. Had to throw them both out. Lots of places use extra salt or MSG as flavor enhancers, I’ve worked in the food business, But this franchise was ridiculous.
    I’m not interested in your coupons, or endless E-Mail spam. I just will never use Marco’s again, there’s Pizza places on every corner, and I thought you’d like to know. If possible you might remove me from your mailing list’s. Thanks.

  4. I ordered a coupon special today from the Marco’s Store at Airport Highway and McCord Rd. in Holland Ohio (two medium pizzas and cheezy bread for $19.99). I was told over the phone that the order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I placed this order at 4:55 PM.
    I arrrived at the store at 5:15 PM and was told that the order would be ready in a couple of minutes. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, the girl who took my payment when I initially got there told me that my order was not yet done. As it turned out. my order had not even been prepared. When I asked why, she told me that they had a large order prior to my order and had not gotten to it yet.
    I requested a refund which I got without a problem and told her I would never be a Marco’s customer again.
    When I placed the order over the phone, I would have understood and would have had no problem if the preparation was going to take longer. They could have told me that over the phone instead of wasting my time and gas standing there, being lied to and ignored for the 15 minutes extra that I was there.
    You have lost a long time customer and hopefully more as I will be spreading the word about my experience with your company.

    We order from Marcos about once a month. Usually there are no problems. Today, I placed an order online for carry out. It was supposed to be ready at 5:30 pm. I got there at 5:30 and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. No problem. I sat to wait. It took 20 more minutes. When I got home the pizza had onions on it which I did not want. We picked them all off
    Marcos is our favorite, so usually I just let little things ride, but today wasn’t good.

  7. Your survey does not work. My code receipt code number has too many numbers to fit in the survey boxes.

    I tried several times and none of them would fit. None of this makes me happy.

    I hope you are not paying the survey company for their bad survey program that does not work at all.

    I ordered a pizza today and I am very disappointed It was mostly crust (bread) very little of tomato gravy and next to none cheese. don’t bother sending me a coupon for a cheesy bread I won’t visit that franchise any time soon again

  9. We ordered 2 large pizzas for Mother’s Day, supreme and pepperoni & mushroom. We have always liked Marco’s. Both pizzas were the best we have ever had from Marcos! The crust was excellent, cooked just right and tender. The taste of toppings on both pizzas was wonderful. Leftovers were also good the next day.

  10. Ordered a pizza online. Large thick crust, 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 sausage, extra cheese and well done.
    Picked it up at noon on the 28th at Russell Pkwy. Marco’s. Second time I am disappointed. Pizza was not well done and I seriously doubt there was any cheese.
    They keep sending emails about “haven’t seen you in a while”……….well maybe if I was pleased I would.
    I have been ordering from this Marco’s for about 6 years and the last few times have not been good.

  11. My husband and I just had a delicious medium The Works pizza in Yukon Oklahoma. The crust was perfect. The toppings were amazing and plentiful. We were both so happy to get such a good pizza. Most pizza places we have been to the toppings are so few that we feel cheated but not with Marcos. We were so pleasantly surprised to see the loaded toppings. We also were surprised that because my husband is a veteran he got a discount and that was so nice and appreciated.

    I went into Marco’s today to redeem my free 2 top large pizza punch card, I always add on extra toppings which in itself came to just over $11, I performed the online Customer Satisfaction survey just to to discover the policy has changed and that in taking the survey I wasted my time, the free CheesyBread at 1 time was your reward for taking the time to take the survey, now I discover to get the free Cheesybread you need to make a minimum purchase of $15.

  13. I was trying to respond to the survey following an order. You have so many surveys that show up on that you can’t tell the one to complete. I am not going to download something and take a chance on infecting my computer. Previously I was able to find the survey but could not today.

  14. First two times to Marco’s pizza. 1st time delivery missing items on pizza. Could have been someone else’s pizza.
    One week later, and 2nd time did a carry out, missing salad,,,,drove back to get other salad. Then halfway through pizza, took a first bite of a fresh slice only to be tugging on a long black strand of hair, yuke. Pizza dough was very chewy. We put all of remaining order in the trash. Niceville Florida store next to Publix Grocery Store.

We will never give you our business ever again .. I will tell all my friends and neighbors never to order from you .. plain disgusting ..

  15. The New older gentlemen that is there know!!! He knows just how to make a appetizing pizza. I had stop going to Marcos, because the so call pizza didn’t have a pizza taste, just sauce and bread… One day I was just tried and went in and order.
    Today was my 3rd time back, the pizza was GREAT!!! The older gentlemen that works there NOW KNOWS HOW TO MAKE A PIZZA , AND HE IS VERY NICE.

  16. Web Ordered My first pizza from Marco’s yesterday . The founders pizza was delicious. Jake at the Fond du Lac Wi store was very polite and helpful. Online ordering was a bit hard to navigate.

  17. It very disappointing as mentioned in receipt after buying large pizza will get a free cheesy bread on your next purchase if we complete survey within 7 days. After following condition when went to store one told u have to buy another large pizza then would get free cheesy pizza. So either the condition mentioned in bill wrong or the stuff was customer friendly. This waste of my time.

    I got ripped off at MARCOS yesterday!
    They advertise $8.99 for a large 2 topping and I had a coupon for buy one get one free. I was charged $13.99 for the first one and second was free.

    1. You werent ripped off just not explained entire BOGO coupon. Its actually Buy 1 pizza at regular menu price and get the second same or lesser value pizza free. Usually says it on the coupon itself. And usually all Free type items are for Carryout only. Hope this helps

  20. My husband Ralph and I get Marcos twice a month mor sometimes we love the pizza and cheese sick thinking about trying the sandwiches soon but the staff is always friendly and the pizza is Awesome Thanks:).

  23. We recently ordered on line from your Beaver Dam, Wi store. We were very pleased with both the food and service. I wanted to fill out a survey but my receipt doesn’t match the one on line.   24. On Sat., July 23, 2016, I ordered by phone a deep pan pizza from Marcos, 90 Stephanie Street, Henderson, NV 89012. I ordered all sausage, 1/2 onion, 1/2 mushrooms and extra cheese on whole pizza. But, what I got was 1/2 sausage, 1/2 mushrooms, onions and extra cheese on whole pizza. The order taker was Daniel and he repeated the order as I ordered it but that is not what was delivered. The pizza was good but sausage would have better on the whole thing.
