This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Office Depot.

    Hello Office Depot,
    I visited the Woodhaven Store for a Large project of printing and mounting My Product Design Images on foam core for a SEMA show in Las Vegas. Timing was critical and the effort from the Copy and Print area of the store was Outstanding. Stacy and Jason were extremely helpful.
    The manager Steve was great as well. They had a power outage as some driver hit a main electrical pole and shut down the grid for all the stores in that area…home depot, Michael’s art store etc.
    BUT SOMEHOW they managed to complete the task and my project was saved…meeting my deadline. I am extremely grateful for their effort and want to thank Office Depot for their wonderful employees. There was another young man there as well Jaden? Not sure but the entire crew was great.
    I also had great help for a large shredding job I completed.
    I also got great help from a young guy named Grant who helped me understand some computer questions…he really knows his computers and he was very helpful, in the computere area.

    On October 3, 2018, I purchased with the help of “Betsy” on the payment counter and “Logan” the office manager, ink and a new printer after efforts by me with Logan to fix my old printer. The new printer turned out to be larger than I could use for the desktop space that I have, so on October 4, 2018 starting at about 9:15 am, I took the printer that I had purchased the day before back to Office Max where Logan helped me to exchange the printer I originally purchased for a suitable printer. The efforts of Logan in assisting me were exceptional and as always when I go to Office Max, Betsy is always welcoming and friendly. I seldom take surveys, but in this case, the assistance was exceptional as was the attitude of everyone in the store. Charles Grice McMullan
