This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Payless.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

  2. Am a bit dissapointed when i atempted to used the discount number i got after filled out the survey ( approximately 6 weeks after last purchase ) I was told I did not qualify for the additinal 10% at the C 3 branch .

    I used the same system about a year ago at the chaguanas branch and it was not an issue

  3. service was excellentat the Port of Spain branch. There were sales clerk who welcomed you as well as a sales clerk who helped you on the lanes , it was a pleasure shopping there .I really felt comfortable.
