  1. I went to your store and there is one girl that works there that I do not care for. I had my 20% coupon plus I price matched 2 items. She said you can’t use the % because you are price matching. I said every time I come in here they use % & then do the rest at your price why are you questioning this?? She said well maybe it might work – either you know or you do not know your correct procedures?? I work at Kohls part time & I know all our procedures for coupons or discounts? My cell phone is slow especially when weather is bad & it was raining & I told her that & she finally helped to look up for me!! Either she needs customer service classes and to be educated on how everything works in your store! This makes me not to want to come back again!!! This has happened before too!!! I didn’t look at her name because I am so upset with her!! I went there 12-26-19 at the independence store.

  2. Longtime pet supply plus customer. I purchased cat litter and a $25 dog wash card. $44.18
    Went back to give my large dog a bath and as usual the soap was very diluted . Many times I bring my own shampoo did not this time I asked for a handful of additional shampoo and I was told that cannot be done. I asked for a refund of the $25 wash card which was provided to me with slight negative attitude! And I also decided not to purchase my flea and tick medication from the store I’ll purchase that on line. You lost a long-time customer over a handful of shampoo along with a non-cooperative attitude from a sales associate. Wishing you the best of luck in the future! thank goodness your other customers can’t get dog washes from Amazon that may keep you in business for a while. I should note that I’ve had some of the best customer service over the years From some of your associates at this location! However this last experience left a sour taste with me.

  4. My husband and I just now returned from your store 0052 to return a product. All that went smoothly.
    My husband and I were looking around the store and saw the tiny ferret for sale… The sign reads on top of that cage to have a store member with you to handle the ferrets…I waited until the employees were close and asked to see this ferret. The young black employee who’s name I cannot pronounce says sure you can get him out I’m right here ( at the wall of fish) the cage was unlocked before any one reached us ..I reached in to stroke the ferrets head and the ferret BIT ME….AND when I obviously retracted my hand and stated that I’d been bit and bit hard the same employee then states oh he bites.!
    First I’m appalled at both of your employees lack of CARING when I got bit.
    Second..the employee who’s name I cannot pronounce walked away when I said I’d been bit and SHOWED them the blood…I’m on a blood thinner too…and then the other employee Jenna A walked past. I showed her I’ been bit and was bleeding.. she did nothing either.
    I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !!! I ONLY SPENT $139.44 THIS TIME.
    I WILL put this on Facebook. Your employees need greater training on keeping cages locked and True customer service in the event someone gets hurt. I believe you need different employees !!!
    I will trash talk your company EVERYWHERE I GO…WORD OF MOUTH KILLS BUSINESSES

  5. First time at Pet Supplies Plus. Was looking for my grand dog. Libby was very helpful and friendly . I will be back to this store. Customer service was great.

  9. So enjoy going to the ELYRIA, OH STORE. Am always greeted with a hello and a big smile. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The store is neat and well organized. I have no problem finding my five cats and the dog what they need and then some. Then when checking out the cashier kindly informs me of any additional savings. Thoughtfully they ask if I need any help out to the car. THANK YOU EVERYONE. YOU GUYS ARE WONDERFUL. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

  10. I really enjoy going to our Pet Supplies Plus and so does my dog Emmylou. when she comes with me the employees all welcome her by her name and treats are freely given. Aplus in itself not to mention the great help that is always offered. Mari is my favorite notonly isshe knowledgeable on cares,food,etc. she enjoys what she does. The cashier today was Esperanza and she is adelight always helping carrying the bags and a great attitude. We are very lucky to have this great store in Crystal, Minnesota I enjoy shopping at Pet Supplies Plus and will not go elsewhere for supplies or goodies.

  11. Our Pet Supplies Plus store located at 7859 Sudley Road in Manassas, store number 4131 is such a great pet store. The workers there make it that way. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the friendliness and how they seem to go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. In specific the employee who ran the register, Tristan is such a sweetheart, he is always so extremely helpful and very friendly. He and Yael, are some of your best employees, because every time they have been there, they are always such a great help. I’ve ment to write sooner, because you really should know that both Tristan, Yael, I hope I’m spelling Yael”s name right and also Jackey a Manager there who is so knowledge full and also extremely helpful make your store such a joy to shop there. It was always a pain going to another pet store here in Manassas that never had the dog food I needed. Love your store and I believe the three employees I mentioned help make your store as great as it is in such a short time, cause you all haven’t been there that long. But I am very glad you guys are around the corner, we needed a great pet store. Question for you, Petco used to allow, a Company that gave shots to come to the store in the parking lot and administer them.   13. I love this store and find all of their employees friendly and helpful.Elijah spent a lot of time helping me to find a dry cat food that was healthy and does not contain fillers.He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the products in the store

  14. I love the Pet Supply Plus at 5348 Dixie Hwy in Waterford, Mi. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. I have been shopping there for almost 15 yrs. I have tried a couple of other ones in the area, but none compare to this one. I will continue to shop at this one as long as I live in this area. Donna was my cashier today and is an exceptional employee. She seems to understand what customer service means to people. She went far and above her daily work day.
