There was not a survey code at the bottom of my receipt.I called the store and spoke with a manager and was told because i paid with my credit card i wasnt abel to participate in the drawing it was cash paying customers only.However thats not stated on my receipt.I believe this is fraudulent because its not stated any where in the rules.

    If you’re not going to deliver your promise, please don’t try to bait people in taking a survey. Very disappointed.

  3. We ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut last night. I’m trying to complete the survey. However, there is no 11 digit code at the bottom of the receipt so I am entering the store # code. Problem is, it’s 6 digits, not 4 or 8. When I enter the six digit #, a message pops up telling me there is an 11 digit # at the bottom of my receipt and I need to enter it to continue. Can you tell me how I can complete this survey? I want a chance at winning $1,000!
