  1. We are very dissatisfied with the service and quality of the product, we purchased at the popeyes located in the circle K store on Austin Bluffs and Woodmen Rd. in Colo Spgs. The service was slow, the chicken was way over cooked and over breaded. We ordered the family meal, and didn’t get any biscuits with the order. Over all the product was not very enjoyable at all. I hope this is not the new recipe for popeyes over all, as we will continue to shop at the store on Austin Bluffs and Academy Blvd where we are very satisfied with the food and service.

  2. I tried filling the survey out and received a sorry notice that I could not take the survey. This is the Jefferson City Missouri Popeyes. Restaurant was dirty, food was good. Service was awful. Ordered spicy white chicken. Was told they were out and it would take 7 minutes to fry some. Was asked if I would like some legs instead. I said I would wait. 18 minutes late I went to ask about my order and they lost it and I had to reorder again. Thank god I kept my receipt. Little good trying to take the survey. This store has went down very fast and I have heard other customers making remarks similar of my experience.

  4. I am a repeat customer at your store 11214 for numerous years. My usual order on Tuesday is 2 piece spicy, 2 piece mild, 2 orders mash potatoes, 1 biscuit for a total of $5.99. I get home and the order is seldom if ever correct and that is if they have the correct chicken. You call and they promised to replace the order on your next visit. The last time I spoke to a lady named Cat, promised to replace my order on my next visit. I showed up the following week, gave the acting supervisor my name and was told in a very unprofessional way that no receipt no order. Fortunately I saved the receipt and she continued to comment about no receipt like I am trying to steal $5.99 worth of chicken and then told me I would have to wait 30 minutes if I wanted it. I told that lady to keep her chicken, called Cat the next day and complained about the way I was treated. She was very apologetic and told me to ask for her on my next visit and would correct this situation. Tonight I visited your store, asked for Cat and told her my name. I explained to her about our previous conversation and why I was there. I had my credit card in my hand, willing to pay for my order when the same acting supervisor interfered and started the same conversation about no receipt no order. Cat just stood there, like a deer blinded by lights, and allowed this lady to embarrass me in front of your employees and customers. This is the second time I have traveled to your 5868 location so that I do not have to deal with this lady (and I use this term in a very loose way). I have no need to try get free chicken, rip Popeye’s for $5.99, wait 30 minutes for chicken or deal with a company that can’t get an order right, or drive 30 minutes because your employee has the customer skills of an undertrained (employee) woman that thinks she is in a big time management position . I am not the only customer who feels this way because every Tuesday you hear the same complains about wrong orders or they are out of chicken, and people leaving with out buying anything. FYI this is the last I will buy from any Popeye’s location , my money is good at any chicken place. I just want to know where are your mangers, general mangers, or corporate people to allow such customer service.

I had the four piece chicken combo dinner at store number 4900 in Orangeburg South Carolina the service and the food was excellent some of the best chicken I’ve eaten in a long time just thought I’d let you know I called them up at the store and let them know how great the chicken was thank you and have a nice day

    My husband and I frequent Popeye’s on River Road in Columbus, Georgia frequently. I do not know why they can’t ever get the order right. Don’t think about ordering something that’s a special going on for a limited time either because you are always told to pull over and park and wait. We have waited as long as 25 minutes for food. This particular location needs to be audited and better leadership brought in. This type of service has been taking place for years. It’s disgraceful because Popeye’s has such good food.

    I resently did a survey I believe Monday 18TH, 2019, Regarding (missing a three piece tenders) called up the store and talk to 73 Dejon A. (manager????) I immediately called and He said He would note that in the computer and would add 2 extra pieces. Well I went to the store #4906 today Wednesday the 20th at 11:39 and they said their was nothing on the computer I felt like they thought I was lying. I.m 61 years old and I don’t want to keep driving 12 miles to go back and get rejected again. I would like a reply.

    1. same thing happened to me, I called the 1877 #, was placed on hold for 7 minute, the final to by Nazir that someone from the tech office would have to call me back

  10. I had the WORST experience EVER at the Portchester, NY Popeyes. I drove quite a distance to get there as I was craving Popeyes . I placed my order and specifically ask if the biscuits were fresh — as I shared, that previously there were a few times after getting my food home – the biscuits were too hard to enjoy. I paid and check my food — and disapprovingly my biscuit was so hard that when I opened the box the biscuit was in two crumpling pieces. I asked the cashier if I could return the biscuit and use the money towards a side. She called the manger over and he was rude , unprofessional and dismissive. I asked him several times for his name and he — totally ignored me. I took out my cell phone and took a picture of the biscuit and asked him again — eventually I paid the difference and he continued to be rude – he walked away from the window and came back and took a picture of me. I was so concerned that he ” The Managers ” would go so far as to behave that way. He started talking in another language and I just left very disappointed.

  11. Our normal Popeyes on base wasn’t open last night, so we went to the downtown Anchorage Popeyes. We had been there several times before, but last night was the worst ever. My husband put in the order, and was still waiting 40 minutes later. Someone asked him his order #, and come to find out they gave our dinner away. He tried to reorder, and they gave us really nasty food. Chicken tenders and the hot fried chicken that I cannot eat. They refused to give him his money back. I want this store shut down. Nobody that I’ve talked to has ever had anything good to say about this restaurant. At the very least, get a new manager and employees that actually know what they are doing.

  12. Well I guess I am not the only one having trouble with the survey. Says I have to hit start at bottom but no start at bottom. So I’ll just post my response here. I love Popeye’s have never gotten a bad meal anywhere and I travel a lot. Biggest problem is price “YOU GUYS ARE HIGH” but I’m willing to pay the extra because I like the chicken and fixings. Here is my rub on a number of occasions (and every single time I went to the one in Paducah Kentucky) I would get the family size fixings and when I would get home the containers were half full!!!! I assure you I did not pay half price!!!!! I realize the stores are most likely owned by different people but the franchise should have some kind of standard especially with those prices.

  13. We usually visit our Popeyes once a week. Juanita usually waitss on us. She is very friendly and efficient. We love the spicy white chicken and mashed potatoes. I tried to call the number listed on our receipt. THat didn’t work. Told to go to this site to take the survey and get a validation code. That doesn’t seem to be working either. We visit the Popeyes on Rt. 30 in Chambersburg

  14. Can’t reach you by phone. Can’t take survey. It never moved past first page. Extremely unhappy with that and slow service at my last visit to Popeyes. Won’t be back soon. This is my first visit to this site and my first ever comment!

    I went into Popeye’s Chicken at 3021 Western Center Fort Worth, Texas today. July 19, 2018 at about 2:00 P.M. to order our dinner. Hispanic manager said “grill no on. No busy.” There were a couple people in here. She was mopping where you would place the order. Is that normal practice for you restaurants .?? I guess I won’t go back there again.

  16. my daughter went to popyes for me,she ordered ths shrimp it was i believe fried twice or more, cause it was so chrisp that it was like a chip , no meat just crunch it was horrid, same w the French fries ,then the popcorn chicken was the same as the shrimp, beans and rice was good,the bread was hard, got none of the sauses{ like that would have helped anything} we got the number 11. I was at the Ft Pierce Fl store #2224 on 6/20/2018 at 11:50 First my husband and myself went in a it smell like sewer we both check the restroom to see if it was coming from there NO it was a dirty smelling mop and water setting at the restroom Second with to order so girl name Mirkerline was taking order. She could hardly speech English must hardly understand it. I had to tell her 5 times got my order and it was wrong. by them all the other worker was on the phone and in back, she told one worker about it being wrong she told her it wasn’t her she needed the girl the one on the phone , she couldn’t get off findly she saw me standing there and fix it, I was so upset by them I turn my drink over I ask for a towel so that I could clean up was told not to wrong about it. I took napkins and clean it up cause other was waiting. another man was trying to order and it took the man 2 times to ask for his order, they were to busy laughting and on the phone I know I will not be going back also you don’t hire white people? I don’t have anything wrong with blacks people I have a lot of black friends but I wonder how much chicken is gave away just someone who is concern thank you

    I visited Popeyes in Memphis Tenn, the Winchester location, after having taken a 2month hiatus from them, I usually go there at least twice a week, you go thru the drive thru , you gotta get out the car go in , you repeat your order back to them at the window before paying and they assure you it’s correct, you take it back in show the manager your ticket,telling her what’s wrong, she grabs your bag , throws the missing items, my rice and biscuit we missing but she has an attitude, doesn’t say “I am sorry for the inconvience”, I stayed away 2months because they didn’t seem to know white meat from dark, and if they didn’t have spicy my fav, THEY give you mild like you don’t know the difference, I am so over Popeyes, hello Churches Chicken

  22. The popeyes located at 6340 N Broadway had a difficult customer who Shanelle (I believe this was her name) had to deal with. The way the customer treated Shanelle was completely disrespectful and Dhanelle should not be punished for any negative complaints from this customer. Thank you
