This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Roche Bros..

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

  1. Always such a pleasure to shop at your Millis store. Staff is always very helpful and pleasant. The food presentation is very appealing and seem to carry everything one could

  2. I like the cleanliness of the Norton store, except for section where the milk is sold. Many times there is unidentified materIal on the containers. When I spoke to the dairy person he said, “I know. That,s how they send them to us.” He didn’t get it that all products should be clean for health reasons. He should speak to the supplier or clean them up before they are put out for sale. The ladies at the Customer Service counter are always polite and helpful.

  3. Kevin McCafferty is one of the manangers at the Marshfield Roche Bros. He must expect a lot of his staff because the store is always neat and clean , and the displays of produce, meat, flowers and fish are always fresh and appealing. i like the fact that the aisles are wide and well lit. I know where everything is located because of the clear signage, and can zip in and out in 10-15 minutes.
    We drive from Duxbury and shop at this store faithfully because I read the flyers and most of the sales are on things that we need anyway. Also we are a retired couple, and I dislike the offers that make you “buy one, get one free” as I don’t need to stockpile grocery items. Janet and Roger Ritch, Duxbury

    Roche Bros. in North Easton delivers my groceries as I am disabled. I am on the second floor and sometimes have a large order but never once have I had any complaints from the individuals who deliver to me.
    I have a couple of favorites and try to get my groceries on the days I know they will be in my area. Michael Wallace and Giiberto (don’t remember last name) Gil delivers here on Mondays so try to order for that day.
    He and Michael are both very efficient and on time which is much appreciated. You can tell they take pride in their jobs which is nice to see in this day and age. You are very lucky to have them both.

    Sudbury Farms is always excellent. Staff goes out of their way to help especially the seafood staff. I really appreciate their honesty on the date of product delivery.
    However, one safety item that concerns me is the handling in the meat dept. I frequently purchase Bell and Evans chicken. While the butcher wears glove to put the chicken in the paper, when he wraps it he does not change gloves and hands me the wrapped chicken with contaminated gloves. I have mentioned this several times over the years and have given up. In fairness to the current manager I have not addressed it because nothing was changed over the years. What I do is take a plastic bag when the butcher hands it to me to avoid possible samonella contamination.
    We shop several times a week in Sudbury Farms.
    The cashiers are always courteous especially June.
