Taco Bell is currently inviting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. An invitation to the survey is currently being printed on select receipts.
About the Survey: www.tellthebellcanada.com
The survey is located at www.tellthebellcanada.com
This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Taco Bell.
Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".
"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.
If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

Let’s be honest, we all love Taco Bell don’t we? I know I do. The only thing I like better than Taco Bell, is a chance at saving money, winning money or getting free stuff.
The good people at Taco Bell have put those things together by inviting customers to take the Taco Bell (Canada) Customer Experience Survey – located at www.tellthebellcanada.com.
Your results may vary, but the receipt I received from Taco Bell stated that I could enter for a chance to win $500 cash just by completing the survey. That’s not something I’m going to pass up.

It was a quick, easy Lo Cal lunch. Fast and friendly service
Quick easy fast lunch that I could count the calories under 200!
Great fast friendly service and a meal that was under 200 calories!
Very friendly service, two of the staff came over to check on how i was enjoying the food as I was sitting alone. Richelle gave me excellent suggestions to try as I had not been to a Taco Bell in years. Lots of windows in restaurant so it was nice and bright and the staff were out cleaning and polishing the glass and all the surfaces. I enjoyed my stop and will return.
Good evening,
I am afraid that I can no longer find my receipt but I believe that the experience that I had at the London, Ontario Dundas Street East restaurant warrants a complaint. I placed my order at the drive thru and waited over 20 minutes for my meal. Had I not been stuck in line I would have gladly left the cue but sadly that was not possible. I have never spent so much time in a drive thru. I am not sure if it was a staffing issue, an equipment malfunction, or something else that led to such terrible service but I know that I will never frequent this location again.
