This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Tesco.

    I visited Tesco stores at Chichester yesterday 22.5.19 as I wanted to speak to a member of staff in the mobile department. The professional and friendly service I received from Nick was amazing, he was competent and very laid back during our discussions. So many people complain about staff members and don’t praise some staff when its relevant so maybe Nick could be staff member of the month?

    Wednesday 17 April I was served by TARA 3048, who stopped all she was busy packing, took me to the items I needed, carried them to the teller for payment, with a big smile, chatting etc. I am 70 + black lady but I am proud I was treated like a queen.
    Please a big thank you to my special TARA. I went and shared with my grandchildren. Happy and Blessed EASTER FESTIVALS Tara and you all Please Tara keep up the good Blessed work. That was in Tesco at City Centre Portsmouth. I leave in Cosham. Thanks it was worth traveling by bus for that professional service. I and my family and friends will always shop from there

  3. I really like Tescos and shop there all most very day but today the music was terrable, just grabbed a couple of items and got out, who ever chose the music needs to offer customers eat plugs at there expence, shocking !!!!

  5. I enjoy shopping at Tesco in Oxford when I see Michelle on the till & when she’s putting the Naked products on the shelves . She is very friendly & helpful & a bit lush. I also used to work in a supermarket called Budgens along time ago in Summertown & is now a co-op .I have applied for a job at Taylor’s Deli in one of their shops that are local to mei & I use to be called super as a nick name due to working in a supermarket .I like the indoor markets & the outdoor markets in Oxford & I do like the new Westgate Centre as it looks nice inside & out & I have friends working there in different departments. I hope that the retail bizzness picks up soon as summer is on it’s way eh! =Ann Summers shop & back again to Michelle ha! ha! eh! she’s got a nice smile w.k.d.

    Tracey, the Community Champion at the Mayflower Store in Basildon Essex was extremely helpful when I approached Tesco to help with a community event I was organising with my employer. We have since become friends, and its great to find someone who is so enthusiastic about helping others who I can share ideas with.
    Keep up the great community spirit.

    would like to thank Chris c on customer services at store 2126 who is always prepared to go the extra MILE AS I HAVE noticed over the past few weeks when I have been waiting in the queue nothing is any problem even when she is on her own and people get flustered she is a great credit to Tesco borhamwood


    I visited your refurbished cafe today and was very pleased to see the new tables, chairs etc., everything looking so much brighter & fresher. The staff , in their new uniforms, were excellent- helpful and make a very good impression I give particular mention to Karen and Matthew, who served me. Nothing was too much trouble for them an all with a warm, welcoming smile. I shall be back !

    iv just been to shop at Tesco, in Whitehaven Cumbria, the checkout lady popped my reciept in my shopping bag and igot the bus home, once at home and shopping put away, i sat down at my computer to fill in the survey, for the chance to win a £100 Tesco gift card and for 25 clubcard points, but when i unfolded the till reciept to type in the number at the bottom of the reciept, ( which is required ) on the same line as the date, which is visble 28/06/2017. i saw that the rest of the digits had been torn off so i couldnt do the survey. i will take my reciept to customer services tomorrow and show them.

  10. We visited Tesco stalybridge and had our breakfast in your cafe, the staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them, it is very clean and tidy and the food was very nice, and we will certainly go back.

  11. Visited Tesco at Southend. The mobile phone dept.
    The young lady was more than helpful.
    My husband and I have Tesco mobiles and being senior citizens we are not very good at it.
    This lady could not have been more helpful and done all we asked of her.

    Was putting petrol in my car at Tesco’s in OBAN. ARGYLL, SCOTLAND and couldn’t get the flap over the petrol cap to close. Had no idea what was wrong, however, the driver of Tesco’s Delivery Van was filling up his van and saw I was worried and came over and asked if he could help. I was delighted and he checked it and told me the problem was it was locked and when I turned the key in the ignition it opened and then I could close the flap. I made enquiries to another member of staff what his name was and was told it was WILLIAM HOLLAND – a true gentleman. If you are reading this – THANK YOU SO MUCH

    But my local Tesco Store in Horley soon made me feel welcome and at ease and conducted me around the store. No more anxious problems !

    I WAS in your branch on the Kingsway Dundee yesterday to upgrade my phone and the assistant Mathew was very polite and explained everything about my new phone to me and changed all my data on to my new phone

    I must admit I never have any problems at my Tesco (Newcastle County Down). The staff there are very helpful and very polite and they are always dressed to perfection. You will always find a member of staff there to help you. They even help you to pack your bags for you. I had many problems ie: dropping items on the floor and the checkout come round and pick the item(s) up for me. For me like other people who shop at Tesco’s in County Down find that it’s the best supermarket about. WELL DONE TESCO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

    by a company “managing” the feedback. So decided not to go ahead.

  20. I went to Tesco top valley Nottingham and as I could not find what I wanted I went to customer service the staff were brilliant nothing was to much trouble for her she showed me what I was looking for. I have always had good service from this lady . I asked her name which is Fiona Priestley

    I ordered went to a different store and had to be re-ordered.I was really pushed for time and needed a speedy delivery and thanks to your staff in the Coventry Arena store, my gift was delivered on time.
